The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail is awful. They did a poor job on the body work and paint job. They also broke something while disassembling the vehicle. I will not be taking my vehicles here anymore.

Thank you Horns!!! A woman hit my car in a parking lot and it turned into a 3 month claim ordeal between insurance companies. I was pretty burnt out towards the end but at least working with Horns Collision was a breeze! Great customer service (Thank you Josh and Michelle!) and my car repairs look great. So satisfied with this service, would highly recommend to anyone.

They started with 1 of our old fleet cars, not knowing what to expect. 4 years later, they are our body shop and mechanics for all of our cars...both personal and business. They are great to deal with and the only time there was an issue (very minor) the fixed it and compensated us for having to bring the vehicle back. I recommend them to ANYONE that needs their car repaired properly with genuine parts. They are the best!

Josh and the people at Horns took care of me and my car greatly! Cool easy going guy who is really nice and helpful. Got my car taken in for a dent on my fender and passenger due to someone hitting it. On top of that the door was jammed so it wouldnt open. Left it there to get fixed、took a little over a week due to the christmas. Got my car back and its beyond a clean job. They fixed it like new! Fresh paint、no dents、and door opens like brand new! Definitely worth going here and yes I recommend this spot. They even cleaned my interior and I left it dirty and got it back clean. Thank you Josh and thank you Horns Collision Center for a great repair!

Car got hit by a hit n run, towed it into Horns Based on yelp reviews. Dent getting fixed was small in the rear quarterpanel, only mechanical issue was that dent was scraping tire when I drove, so I couldnt drive it. Car ran flawlessly for the year I had it (inherited from previous owner who barely drove it). Quote was much bigger than I had anticipated ($1500 for a footwide dent, almost double when I checked with others nearby), but I didnt want to pay storage fee so I okd it. Got a call a few days later saying that they broke a nameplate and wanted me to pony up $30 for it, I said for 1500, I thought they could handle it since they broke it, they agreed (relatively smooth sailing till now). Came back to pick up the car when Josh told me it was ready, and when I pull up I see him and a mechanic trying to jump start it. I ask what the deal was since Ive never had any electrical issues with the car, and they didnt really have a clear answer, but the engine was running and goes to back it out. I ask for the mechanic there to do a volt meter check, and the guy says my alternator is really messed up, and I need to replace it. Im like ok whatever, deal with that after a save up some. Get it home and the car wont start. I call them back and they say they can have me tow it back in, and the best they can do is when I replace the alternator, they will only charge me for parts. At this point Im out a car for over week, and now it wont start when its been running perfect, and I tell them Im not satisfied with that. Josh says hell call me back, 6 days later no call, so I take it into my regular shop mechanic and he finds that they just cycled my battery to death and my alternator is fine. Another $300 to get that figured out.TL;DR: Took perfectly running car in for small dent fix ($800), got it back with drained battery and them trying to get me to replace parts that werent broken($1800). Absolute nightmare, zero accountability.

My main complaints with this body shop are that we got our car back after almost 3 months for simple repairs that shouldnt of took that long...probly taking money from the insurance saying they put brand new parts but put used ones instead and sold the new one.My husband could of done it himself at home while still working full timetime and finished way sooner. But our insurance company didnt let us cause of policy.(This part us just info)This is kind of off topic but good info to look out for. I know how body and mechanic shops work, not just Horns. My husband works as a mechanic and tells me..Its hard to find a trust worthy shop. They do it cause they have to run their business and make a profit but dont worry bout their customers because if they fix our or any bodies car for good then we wont go back and keep their business running. So they fix it but not as good as they should so the car can break down again or for whatever reason have to go back. AGAIN....Theyll do this all the time. Or lie and tell you you need something when you dont at all.Or tell you its because of this when its because of something else.We trust them cause their mechanics and body shops so they should know what there talking about. They repair or replace it but come up with something else your car dont need or charge you for it but they didnt do anything just clean it if that. The owner tells there workers to over charge so they can make money. If there is no money is being made eventually he will be in debt or bankrupt. If the owner doesnt make money the workers wont get paid as much cause works slow and not make enough hoursMaybe even get fired. Thats why they over charge or make you keep coming back.. Sorry kinda long but did it anyway hope it helps.2nd Is when we finally did got it backMy car still need repairs it came back with a loud noise I never had.Even before the accident my car did not have that noise everything was working fine. Now we have to fix it out of our pockets cause Insurance says that it wasnt because of the accident and will not cover it.. They probly messed with it so we can go back and pay.Last time I go here.
