Steven and the gang were all great, its just the unfair All State practices that leave a lot to be desired . They say its because of Calif. Regs, well i believe there has to be a work around that so great drivers in Calif. get the same rewards and benefits other drivers around the Country receive . After all being a Great Driver in Calif. should make one the best in the country ! Steven and His office are great but they are hamstrung by All State discriminatory and unfair penalties against Calif. Drivers !

Been a customer of Steven Saul and his team for the past few years. Theyre pretty awesome. I call with any question and they are always helpful. Recently, I asked about lowering my auto insurance and Steven was able to do it having me save almost $50 a month! Glad I did it and glad that Steven was able to help me on that.

Amazing!! Steven is an excellent agent and is down to earth, honest, and always super willing to help me with all my questions. If he isnt in when I call, he always gets back to me very promptly. He also follows up on my emails with very little lag time. One thing I liked about Steven was how positive he was without sounding fake or like he was trying to sell me on something. The rest of the people in the agency are friendly and helpful. I always however, ask for Steven. I have two cars insured, renters policy, all the possible discounts and on my way towards a potential life insurance policy. These guys are great!!

Im really happy with Allstate: Ive been with them for at least 4 years. My agent Julia is always available to me when needed and she explains things so I can understand. They work hard to get you the best rate with quality service. I only gave them 4 stars because their not the best when it comes to accident but because their great at everything else Id rather stay with them.
