Terrible customer service. I am trying to change agents because this one is awful. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling multiple times. Each time I was sent to Voicemail, which was full. Over a week later I get a call back that said, sorry phones have been down. Yet, I’ve sent 4 emails as well and no response. The worst agent I’ve ever had to deal with.
I never get a chance to speak with my agent whenever I call.I tried to call three times and left message. The person who pick up the phone said they will answer my questions and my agent will call me back but never received call back.I am still with my answer questions.
