I had a minor fender bender and someone hit me. The other parties insurance referred me to this body shop and normally Id be apprehensive going somewhere unknown to me but I was very glad I did. Not only did the owner Ben take care of me and give me a great deal, but my car is on the verge of looking brand new. Being an older car I was worried about it being totaled but I voiced my concern having just put newer suspension and parts on my car. I was able to get another headlight after initial repairs as well which happened to come the next day and only took them about 10 minutes to install, and they quoted me a weeks time of work on my car which they kept to. Ill definitely recommend and will be coming back here for some other minor repairs I wanted to do. Fast and efficient and friendly!

I recently had a great experience with CARSTAR Eddy’s Auto body of Long Beach. My luxury vehicle has some rear damage on the bumper, and I trusted Eddy’s to get the job done, and to bring my beautiful car back to life. I was very surprised that my car was completed within several days, and the completion of my car was amazing The car looked show room /brand new! I would like to thank the amazing team over at Eddy’s for great customer service and true professionalism.

Brought my truck in to fix some damage on the rear. Ricardo was super courteous and friendly but the other man I interacted with seemed to be unhappy working there. They fixed the damage but were unable to calibrate the parking sensors after putting it back together so now I have to bring it into the dealership to get fixed. Couldve at least refunded me some for this. They also left some tools/metal in my truck cab? They gave me a basic receipt but no detailed invoice which would have been nice so I can see the breakdown of labor/hours so I know what Im paying for. Overall less than satisfied with the service here unfortunately.

Really an awesome experience ! Kept me updated the entire time and even got my car done a day earlier then anticipated! Plus they went the extra mile to even call me the next day to make sure everything was working great in my car! Thank you!!!

They really take good care of their customers and your car. Had a minor accident and used Car Star Eddy’s to fix the driver side door and repaint. They were really great about keeping me updated and handled all the hiccups with my insurance company. Highly recommend them for your auto body needs. They fixed my hood and windshield as asked but returned my car with a whole lot of fine scratches from improperly washing the car even though I didnt ask them to do so and manager refused to make it right in any way would not recommend coming here in all honesty.

AMAZING!! They made everything from drop off to pick up very easy to manage. Didn’t worry once while I was there. It was my first accident where I needed to bring my car to the body shop and they walked me through everything. From what to tell the insurance all the way to setting up a rental car for me. I was referred to Eddys Auto body shop by my insurance company and I am so glad, I took my Mercedes to them for the repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. It took less then a week for them to fix the damage. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and quality. I highly recommend them.

Window was broken into the night before. I was quoted about $400 just to replace the passenger side window and about 1-2 days. He used a lot of scary words to indicate that there was a chance the regulator was broken and he can run his OBD scanner for an additional $100. I ended up going down the street to International Auto Glass Window and Tint and they did it in about 2 hours for $150. My guess is they would bring the car there themselves and pocket the difference.

I give them five out of five stars because not only did they fix the damages to my vehicle but also cleaned out the interior and filled the tank with gas. Only negative is the car wasnt ready until a few days after the expected date but everything else made up for that 👌
