Gosh, I can’t say enough about Kim and the team. I felt like I messed up almost all the paperwork, documents, and insurance required to move in. They were responsive and helpful each time. So far we have loved our apartment, the safety/security of the building and the location. You can’t beat being a few blocks from the beach, bars and restaurants. If it keeps going so well we definitely see ourselves here for a while. Keep up the great work y’all

Beautiful apartments with a focus on design and functionality. Love the unique look and feel of the Alamitos so much! Friendly and helpful staff. Really like the outdoor spaces on the 3rd and 7th floors. Perfect walking location to everything in Downtown Long Beach, Shoreline Village and the beach path. Would recommend!

I have just moved into the Alamitos literally a week ago, and the process from beginning to end I have to say was a real pleasant one. Any and every question or concerned was answered to the highest degree of professionalism on their part in which I appreciated from Gilbert and when I needed something to be looked and and fixed Rene immediately made it happen with almost no wait time. Level of service so far here as been AMAZING.

Great quality and product! Our Leasing Consultant Imani was VERY professional and others-centered with my partner and I when finding our 1x1. We felt supported the entire touring process and even referred some friends. Imani continued to be helpful and supportive after we received keys when I was following up on a small maintenance request. The only room for opportunity we had was the follow up after we submitted our application and some of paperwork. Prior to The Alamitos, we lived at The Linden (sister property of The Alamitos) for a year and were impressed with the quality compared to others in the area. Our Alamitos move-In experience with Shanice went very smooth and also our Linden move out with Service Manager Arlene. We’re looking forward to enjoying our new home!

Its an absolute joke that this property is considered luxury. My girlfriend and I toured multiple units at this luxury apartment, and we shocked to see such low quality flooring, cabinets, and appliances. The quality of the materials that were used, is similar (if not identical) to a Section 8 apartment in Wilmington or Compton... My girlfriend and I were willing to pay a luxury price for an apartment, but we expect to actually to live in luxury... To say that we were disappointed, is an understatement... This apartment doesnt even offer EV charging stations and offers only one parking spot.. What a waste of such a beautiful location... The only positive thing I have to say about this property, is that they had two employees that were absolutely fantastic. Their names were Shanice and Imani, their customer service skills were top notch... The other lady Darby, needs to enroll into some classes or programs that will improve her customer service skills or maybe if we had a Caucasian last name we would have been treated better by her... Regardless of the case, my girlfriend and I are happy that we found an actual luxury apartment located in San Pedro that meets our basic standards...

The leasing department isn’t very competent. We’ve visited to plan a cross-country move and the leasing office would either get A. Confused with our very simple questions or B. Not answer the questions at all, even after we rephrased the questions or spelled them out. Also, when we visited, we attempted to schedule a showing a month in advance. They completely forgot about our appointment. We scheduled one for later that day, in-office, and the woman was 30 minutes late to the showing. Completely turned off from signing with them. The person showing us the apartments had little knowledge and had to ask her manager majority of the questions we asked during the tour (what is the cost of extra storage, what sizes do you have available for extra storage, what utilities are included with the rent, etc.) It’s a shame, the apartments are beautiful, but the people behind the desk are brainless.
