Initial ride was good. However, trying to retrieve a bag we left in the van has been the worst experience ever! Poor to NO customer service! A complete runaround! We cant even get an address for lost and found and its been two days

They cancelled my reservation one hour before pick up because they didnt have to pick anyone else up in my area. Was on hold for 30 minutes to get the news. I made this reservation one month in advance. Wont be patronizing this business again.

Your reservation online is not actually a reservation, even though you enter your flight information. Its only a pre-payment. You are not assigned to a van until you check in at the desk at the airport. Then, you are at the mercy of their van schedule, and not eligible for a refund unless the van is at least one hour late. This information is not on their website. You will not find it out until you call to ask why youre waiting thirty minutes for a shuttle that you reserved.

Worst company! Waited for an hour for my ride at LAX & called multiple people and numbers only to be told no one was in the area. After an hour of trying to get a van, when I had paid extra for a solo ride, they said it would take another hour to get a driver. When I said forget it & just refund my money, he just said good and hung up. Unbelievable.I wish I read the reviews before booking. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE!!!

Poor communication, unprofessional appearance, older vehicle with no indication that it was infact from Super Shuttle. Not able to conduct business with a credit card. I got where I was going but not impressed.

Plane was late, called many times and no answer. Finally got ahold of them and they said they have no drivers now, sorry. Terrible customer service. Ended up taking a taxi.

I have taken super shuttle multiple times and have had so many rude or inappropriate drivers. There was also one occasion where the driver was driving so erratically I was concerned for me safety. There was also a time I paid for a meet and greet and instead of coming in the driver called me from the parking garage and made me come in there to him. I would not recommend super shuttle to anyone.

Cancelled our ride with no notification. Had to wait 40 minutes till I could speak to someone to find out what was happening. Customer service was useless.

Customer service=dismal, downright rude. (For me, drivers have always been great, tho) Arrived after 25 hours traveling yesterday, Friday afternoon and went to Supershuttle stand like I always do when I arrive in LA. The girl nearly rolled her eyes and looked so utterly annoyed because I didnt have a reservation. Supershuttle, if you do not want walk ups, please set your business up that way.I had been traveling with one bag and one small quiet dog in airline approved soft shoulder bag. She suggested that I would need to get a private van. I think $50 is enough to pay for a 45 minute shared van. Told her I never have done that, and she said she would see if the driver would agree to me me in a shared van???Then I sit at the stand area for 40 minutes and she never again says another word to me. I was just too tired and disheartened to arrive home and have to deal with that terrible attitude.Finally, another pissed off customer told me she was going to Mission Viejo and that she would talk to her driver and persuade him to take me which she did 10 minutes later. Around this time, the service person left and her replacement also never said a word to me about if a driver was coming for me or when or if I would ever get to leave LAX. I have vowed to never use them before because this attitude is common at LAX Supershuttle.Last note, my driver was excellent, friendly, as usual for their drivers. I feel bad for these hard working drivers whose livelihood is dependent on the customer service at Supershuttle.

Ready at pickup point 10 mins before pickup time.Waiting 30 mins. Nothing. No word. Phone up Cust service. Terrible communication. Customer service rude.Canceled all travel with them for the future.Do not recommend at all if you need reliabilly.
