The ladies here are always friendly and professional. And great with memories! You walk in and its like they remember you from yesterday or something lol. Always kept clean and they dont gouge you for a simple haircut. Ive move from Londonderry but I go out if my way to return for a haircut when I need 1 and Jrs always a pleasure

Beyond disappointed! My appt was cancelled on me & the manager was not at all nice nor did she bother to contact me back as she said she would. Booked appt right before vacation. Jenna was awesome & truly sucks Ill never go back here now due to poor communication and an attitude for asking to try to squeeze me in before vacation. I even said Id book w someone else if I had to and Jenna could not accomodate as Manager said she would find out for me. Not to mention the manager or owner charged 60 more for same services Ive gotten now for many appts.

Sign says walk-ins welcome but both times I walked in with my child I was turned away. Won’t be a third time.

I take my kids here when I dont feel like cutting their hair. The staff is pleasant.

They were a little backed up nothing to major they definitely take their time and make sure that you look lovely before you leave. I had 15 plus inches cut off my hair it looks amazing I highly recommend this place and it was not expensive at all

Because of my work, my days off are usually filled with running errands and catching up on projects. Today I need to visit a few stores and get a haircut. After visiting a different store in this plaza, I noticed Haircuts Plus was just a few doors down and I thought maybe this called for convenience over habit. Theyre ratings seem to be good, so why not...I was greeted by Jena, very friendly and attentative. I only had to wait a few minutes when she called me over to have a seat and started to ask about what I was looking to have done. Ive recently decided to change my style slightly, and she was very helpful and helped me figure out what it was that I wanted.She had my hair cut in the way that I was looking for and with plenty of time to keep up with my other errands.The pricing was decent and the salon has a pleasant atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to improve the seating. I spend most of my time on my feet so at least a cushion on the bench would improve the experience.Overall though, Im a satisfied customer! My hairdresser was Laurie... she was WONDERFUL!Very professional & very sensitive to my nervousness with a new salon & hair dresser!I will definitely be returning to see her & I highly recommend her services!In addition to being absolutely THRILLED with my hair cut & eyebrow waxing... the PRICES were MORE than reasonable!I left there happy, more than satisfied & beyond ecstatic with the service & pricing of this salon!

I been going to this place for years normally I have Tara shes awesome! Never disappointed always more than I imagined shes very talented at what she does the entire staff is wonderful very friendly I actually enjoy coming here! Very affordable! I highly recommend it! Never would go anywhere else!

She did a good job cutting my hair but was insanely distracted by the other customer and would talk to them and then start cutting in a different spot. Her station also was a little concerning cause it had hair from someone else left on the brush and all on her table. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But she was nice so theres that. Price was good.

Friendly and efficient staff. I was on vacation visiting family and my cousin recommended I give this place a shot to get a haircut. Im glad I did, the lady who cut my hair had me in and out in less than 30 mins and I was very happy with the haircut.

I am very happy with the service! Made an appointment on Sunday and was in and out! I love hay they are open on Sunday’s because I have a crazy schedule!! She did exactly what I asked and I love my cut!! I will be bringing my daughter back to get hers cut!

I showed up pretty late and had a few things I needed done, but Robin was more than happy to accommodate me. She was so nice and Im absolutely going back when I need a touch up!

One woman cut my sons hair and the neckline was literally jagged. His bangs were jagged....sorry but looked like a 4 yo did it. BUT Tara is very good.
