This is what it looks like every week ..all they have to do is come two days a week to pick up dumpster they always miss Friday and this is what it looks like ...I call they say we are going to fix the problem we are going to send someone out ...ya right won’t hold my breath I recommend not using them if u have a business they are not professional Charles George/Winn waste ..but I still have to pay for it enough is enough now ..funny thing is that the truck are all around town but never manage to pick up my dumpster this has been the worst experience plus added stress that I don’t need .........I do not recommend this company to anyone buyer beware

I have used Charles George for many project over the past 10 years. I moved onto a new construction company and brought Charles George along for their C&D dumpsters. This is the first time in 10 years of doing business with them, that they failed, to remove and replace a 30yd can in a timely manner.I think its time to move onto another company that can deliver the service we need.GoodbyeWin

They Come at 530 am in a complex that doesnt allow until after 9. They wake up the entire building. Learn the noise ordinance of the town. I will be reporting this. Every week it never fails. Inconsiderate.

Uninvited Charles George dumpster Driver trash my property delivering dumpster to neighbor across street -

Customer service staff are very nice but the service is awful. The company has missed pickups several times. Ive been told several times on the phone over various week we are working on your issue and someone will call you back but I have yet to receive a call back.

Charles George was very impressive!! Called them and immediately helped out with a dumpster right away. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful . I will no longer use waste management, only Charles George!!

Great CompanyI was on 290 in Shrewsbury ma. 7 am 7-5-19 and spun out leaving myself in the fast lane facing on coming traffic and one of there truck drivers pulled in front of my truck blocking the speeding traffic from hitting me. I cant remember his name but he is a great human, He took time out to make sure that I was ok.Thank you so much Steve

Think twice before you hire this company. Regardless of your contract agreement, they show up at a private/condo residence for trash removal anytime between 4 AM an 6AM. They have been reminded several times not to arrive on property before 7AM . Have absolutely no regard for anyone. Continue to create disturbance at the crack of dawn. Bad business.

I switched to Charles George from my old provider, and have been very happy!

Expect to pay for delivery charges as a separate charge when it should be included in the price. As a contractor who rents hundreds of dumpster, Ive never heard anything like that.

Great people that work here

This is the worst company in the New England area. I hired them for 2 jobs to deliver roll off dumpsters. They never delivered and gladly took my money. They gave me the run around for days, are extremely rude.
