I’ve been very picky about my dentists over the years. My sister was a hygienist for years which made choosing a dentist easy but very discerning with future dentists. Towne Square Dental has very friendly staff and thorough hygienists. Dr Brinda is an excellent dentist and has a very nice way of making me feel comfortable with the care/treatment decisions we make. I wholeheartedly recommend Towne Square Dental.

I just moved to Litchfield and had to pick dentist from evaluations on Google maps/yelp as I don’t know anyone In The area. I have a complicated history - Dr. took her time and explained options, issues very well. Pleasant office staff and technicians. This will be my dentist from now on. It’s like I hit the jackpot!

Everyone here is so friendly and professional! I’ve had pretty bad experiences at other dentists in the past and I was so pleased coming here. They are quick to address any issues I have with my teeth!

Really great place. It’s not easy for me to trust someone in my mouth with sharp objects. They are really gently and keep you informed very step of that way. A+++

Dr. Natarajan is and incredible dentist and I love the practice! I’ve moved farther away, but will still drive back to see her instead of getting a different dentist with a shorter drive. :)

Got my teeth cleaned today and the new hygienist (I forgot her name already)is very friendly and did a great job. Been coming here forever, like since it was Doctor Greene, but I really like Brindha too, she is very thorough. Thank you for keeping my teeth from falling out!

I absolutely love this Dental Office. Dr. Brindha is very caring and will always only recommend what is 100% necessary. Her front desk coordinator, Giulia, is so pleasant to speak to over the phone and in person. Also, the assistants here will always make you feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. Dr Brindha is professional and personable. She gently recommended treatment and life style changes to help Improve my oral health. It was refreshing to see a dentist not only address my oral health but my overall health which may be causing issues with my teeth. She has a very conservative approach where she does treatment in stages to ensure you are getting the best long term results. And although she makes recommendations she doesn’t make you feel pressured or embarrassed. She makes it easy to be comfortable and honest with her as she guides you to a better you! I look forward to having mine and my families treatment done with her. She is genuinely a kind caring person and she is very down to earth!

We just visited here for the first time for my daughter’s first dental exam! I thought at first that I had the right location, but upon finding out that I wasn’t I called their office to get a bit of help. I realized later that it was the dentist herself that helped me with directions and even told me about parking before I arrived. The exam went extremely well! My daughter is only two and a half and I was unsure of how she’d respond for her first visit. Dr. Natarajan was very patient and you can tell she has experience with young patients coming in. She suggested my daughter sit in my lap for the exam and cleaning which was such a good idea. She tried many things to get Stella to be calm and relax a little. She talked to her, counted her teeth out loud, made her a glove balloon (which she loves 😂) and even tried to see if Stella would try holding a couple of the dental tools to get familiar with them. Stella did let her count, polish and apply a fluoride treatment to her teeth. Dr. Natarajan was very friendly and very much informative on dental care and hygiene for a toddler; even mentioning snacks and juices that should be avoided or eaten sparingly to keep teeth healthy and cavity free. She also offered for her assistant to help us out in the parking lot, as I also had my 7 month old with us. Definitely highly recommend this office, Dr. Natarajan and her assistant! Brindha is hands down the BEST D.M.D I have ever experienced! Had 4 teeth extracted, 2 of which were below the gumline, and she is an absolutely top skilled professional, and I will be returning to have all my other extractions done. Very detailed and excellent results and outcomeMy front tooth looks Great..But I was very surprised and disappointed with theHigh cost if $360 for less than one hour of workOn replacing the broken filling...even thought it might have been a large one.TY

Not only did she offer great solutions but validated what was and was not covered by insurance and how to get the best bang for my buck. She is genuinely a gentle, kind and caring doctor!! Understanding, compassionate, friendly and caring staff. I went in this morning with severe ringing in my ears. I had been suffering with it for 3 weeks. I stopped eating and couldnt sleep. Dr Brindha and her staff were so kind and emphatic. She adjusted my night guard gave me great advice. She said, we are in this together. I cant express enough how thoroughly wonderful this experience was for me. Better still, my ears havent rang once since leaving her office. If you need a dentist, dont look any farther, She is great!

Just went in to get a crown done yesterday. Dr B was so nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible getting ready for the procedure. I have a terrible fear of needles but after getting the numbing gel before the shot, I felt nothing. I also got to talk Harry potter while getting work done.I may live in Concord now, but its worth the extra miles knowing Ill be in good hands.

Had another great visit for dental work. No one “likes” going to the dentist but the staff is so caring & makes you feel so comfortable that you almost forget your at the dentist. They are all taking care of you!!!

My two daughters and I just began seeing Dr. Natarajan, after recently moving here from MA. Our hygienist Vikki is the great! She did such a thorough cleaning job and was fantastic with my 2 little girls. She made them feel comfortable 100% of the visit. Dr. Natarajan is so personable and she also made me and my girls feel very comfortable. We are so happy to have found such a caring dental office.

Dr. Brindha and her team are exceptional. I have a great deal of fear and anxiety around the dentist due to previous experiences, but she and her assistants have gone out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable coming to their office. They truly go above and beyond the standard for care and work to make personal connections with their patients. I hope I never have to find another dentist!

Wonderful staff, and Dr. B is great. I have been coming here since Dr. White, Green, Simon and now Dr. B, and I am certain this is the best group so far. Not being a fan of going to the dentist, for the first time in 30 years, I actually dont mind going. They are pleasant, professional and comforting for a chicken like me. They always seem to find time for an emergency, they are very gentle..(yea)..and explain everything they do. I received a filling on a tooth that I was told from a previous dentist would require a root canal. Because it was a pretty serious filling its been taking some time to heal correctly. Brindah and her staff have seen me twice now free of charge to help me with this tooth. The atmosphere is always friendly and light hearted. The staff is experienced and well informed. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

I have never seen a more compassionate dentist. She took her time knowing how I would react to pain. She tells it to you straight and gets the job done. I will never see another dentist she is the one..

I had a great experience here upon changing practices. My hygienist, Melanie is the best, but what was great was that I never felt rushed like the dentist wanted me in and out, to get another person in my chair for a cleaning. I had more direct interaction with my actual dentist in this one visit than in many of my prior dentist visits combined.

I know Dr. Simon for many years. She is not only an extraordinary talented dentist, but also a caring human being. I brought my mother to her recently, right before a big international trip, thinking it was routine cleaning. Dr. Simon was extraordinarily thorough, and discovered a huge problem, made time to deal with it right away, and did a FANTASTIC job. Mother did not hurt, healed extremely fast and was able to enjoy her trip. I am grateful for this and for all the great dental work Dr. Simon has done over the years for my family. Her office is modern, clean, there is no wait time, and her staff is wonderful. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Simon.

The procedure was quick, painless and I could tell that Dr. Natarajan really cares about her patients. She answered every single question I had for her thoroughly, as did her assistant, and she did not try to rush me out or anything like that. We came up with a plan moving forward about what we need to do and the steps to take to get my tooth problem fixed and to make sure everything is good. I left there feeling much, much better about my situation. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer service. Thank you all and I highly recommend anyone that needs their teeth taken care of to go to Town Square Dental.

The staff is incredibly professional. I am someone who hates going to the dentist and I am not afraid to come here. The dentist and dental assistant make me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. I am someone who saw Dr. Green all my life and I was extremely nervous about a new dentist. Ive been going here since it was owned by Dr. Greene. Dr. Simon was lovely as well. Dr Brindha is also nice. HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk (Francine) is something else. She threatened to call collections on me for a $600 charge. She stated that she had been through everything with my insurance company and they just wouldnt cover it. I then spoke with my insurance provider - SHE NEVER DID A THING. Instead of doing her job, she lied to me, it was far easier to have the customer shell out money than it was for her file claims with insurance companies and fight on the patients behalf. Its unfortunate that such a dishonest person is responsible for assisting patients with dental cost coverage. I advised the dental hygienist of the womans dishonesty and, after 12 years at Townsquare, have found a new dentist with a staff that is happy to file claims and push to have services covered (in lieu of one that was just there for her paycheck).

Dr. Brinda gave me a pain medication before the pain medication! She could have gone ahead and hit me with both barrels, but she well and truly *Cares About Her Patients* As someone whos been going to doctors for (60 - sigh) years, Ive met more than my share of prima donnas who had the oh, just man up - itll only hurt for a few minutes. approach. Dr. Brinda is the complete antithesis of this, and staff follows her lead. I had leg pains and was using a walker, but one of her assistants drew a fresh bottle of water for me and walked me out to my car in case I fell - I have never seen caring at this level. If you want a dentist and staff who care about you, go to Towne Square Dental!
