If zero stars was an option, this is a perfect time for it. Ordered supplies for my business through Staples.com on 9/17/2020 for next day delivery...but Granite State delayed until 9/21/2020. Fine, not a big deal. However, the delivery driver shows up on 9/21 with the list of my packages to be delivered with no actual packages in her vehicle. 9/22 driver shows up with 1 out of 4 boxes to be delivered. On 9/23 I called and talked to Alex so who assured me that after his conversation with the warehouse manager, my 3 boxes were on the truck to be delivered by 5pm on 9/23. At 530pm I had 2 out of the 3 boxes. I called again and was told this has been happening for them for about a month, the final box would absolutely be delivered the following day by 5pm. As of 645pm 9/24 no box. I call AGAIN and speak with Alex. They no longer know where the box is, they dont have it but it wasnt delivered. Maybe it was returned? Sometimes that happens. I was told I have to contact Staples and let them know the box wasnt delivered because they dont have it anymore and it wasnt delivered. These boxes contained supplies necessary for my business. I had never heard of Granite State Shuttle Service before this order and I honestly wish I never had. This is a pure example of incompetence and failure to accept responsibility.
I ordered through Staples as well and I am not confident I will receive my package. It said next day delivery on my order. The package was never delivered on the next day as described and the tracking info said the driver attempted to deliver it, however there was no notice left for me from the delivery company. The tracking info said it would be delivered the next day, but again no delivery, and this time I was home all day. I called Staples and the customer service person said they left the package at the warehouse and it never made it on the truck. After reading the review from JoAnne, Im not waisting any more time waiting for them. I also tried calling the company and they didnt answer, simply a message that said your call has been forwarded to an automatic message system. The mailbox is full, please hang up, goodbye. That is not how a professional company operates. Im cancelling my order from Staples and reordering so I can pick it up in the store. I also dont think Ill be ordering supplies to be delivered to me from Staples if this is who they are using. Ive been ordering from Staples for years and this is the first time Ive encountered this company. Its usually fedex or ups that they use.
