It’s so hard to find good, trustworthy mechanics. Looks no further, this is the place. My yoga/Pilates instructor recommended me to this place. Extremely professional. Didn’t wait a second longer than I needed. I always went to the dealership for the maintenance on my car. It was mostly because they provided a loaner car but this place has loaners too! I have taken my Tesla Model 3 here for service on a number of occasions (mostly for seasonal tire swaps and alignment). I have always had a good experience. I chose to bring my car here initially after doing some research into auto repair shops in the area (since there are currently no Tesla service centers in NH) and discovering that the owner of Duncans also owns a Tesla.

I have been having the worst time finding the right place to bring my extremely needy mini cooper, but it turns out it was 15 mins from my house. Duncans was by far the best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. They took photos and notes for every step of the process, which made me feel more comfortable leaving my 4 wheel baby there. They emailed me the information and cost estimate, and I safely paid them online with a credit card. I then was able to drop of the loaner and pick up my baby after hours. I did not have to miss work, or take any time off, which is huge!!! I will be going back!!

I purchased a new winnebago RV built on a sprinter chassis. Duncan’s did an outstanding job working with me to find the tire valve extensions I needed, performing a state inspection. They provided me with a loaner car so I didnt have to hang around all day. They did a great job of communicating with me. I would highly recommend them.

Called to get a price on a fuel injector for a 2006 sprinter, I already have a diagnostic from Mercedes dealership that it’s fuel injector #3, all I wanted was a price for replacement and installation. I was told to pay $165 for diagnostics before they can give me a price. Shady that they want $ 165 before they give you a price on something specific I didn’t need a diagnostics just a repair price, if I told you I need brakes and rotors would you tell me the price up front or say you need to look at it first for $165 and than give me a price for a job. At least give me a range I already told you what I need. Can’t trust that kind of repair shop just like the dealership.

Ben Duncan and his team of experts were able to rapidly identify the problem with my 2017 Porsche Macan GTS. They diagnosed the issue and had a solution and were willing to work on the car right away which was a reasonable budget as compared to the Porsche dealership. The issue they solved was bolts on the timing belt cover cracked and the engine was leaking oil. The overall scope of the project came within budget and they delivered the car on time. They were also able to get all necessary parts delivered for the project in a short timeframe. It was a pleasure to work with their team and would highly recommend them to work on our vehicles in the future. I got the impression that their team of engineers knew more about Porsche engines than the Porsche dealership.

I needed a Mercedes-specific repair on my old C-Class and decided to try Duncans. I was quite happy with my choice. The repair was done perfectly at a price that is fair for the work done. The car was sparkling clean when I picked it up and looks great. They do charge a $150 diagnostic fee before they get into any repair work, but they made me aware of it when I called for the appointment. The shop is neat and clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend them for any work you need on your Euro brand car and will use them in the future.

Entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and there was clear communication about time and pricing every step of the way. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

After Mercedes Benz dealership suggested I get brakes done on my GLE350 I decided to check out Duncan after a friend of mine strongly suggested I get a quote from them. I was not disappointed. I generally don’t trust my Porsche with anyone. I do my own work usually but in this case I needed to install lowering suspension and have it professionally aligned to Porsche spec. Duncan’s was excellent, they sent photos as the work was being done, provided me with a loaner, and completed the job quickly. The price was very reasonable. I liked them so much I had the install new tires the next week. I will definitely be using them again.

Duncan’s performed the latest A1 scheduled service on my GLC300. This service includes an oil change, tire rotation and basic system and fluid checks. I contacted them on a Monday and they were able to fit me into their schedule for the very next business day. They completed the work within 2 hours. They washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to me. The charges for their work was 1/3 of what the local Mercedes Benz dealership said they would charge. This was my first visit to Duncan’s. So far, so good. I plan on returning to them for my next scheduled maintenance.

I was looking for a knowledgeable service center in New Hampshire that I could trust with my Tesla. Ben and his crew have been excellent to work with for all routine maintenance. Tire rotations, brake service, and battery checks have all been handled with friendly service and when needed the offer of a loaner vehicle. It helps that the owner also owns a Tesla. They will wash your car while you wait if desired. The location is excellent being right off exit 5 and they even placed the vehicle on the charging station before I picked up the car. I highly recommend Duncans European Automotive.

Personally would NOT recommend!!!!! Got my car done somewhere else for $971 when Olivia said itd be over $5,000. Not to mention they kept coming up with problems when my car was sitting in my parking lot. They wanted to recharge us for work they had already done! My car was worse when we got it back. I should thank them though because I found a fantastic mechanic who doesnt want to rob customers blind. I literally could go on and on....

This was our first time having prospective work diagnosed and estimated and then performed by Duncans European Automotive. Josh, whom I talked to a number of times before taking the car there, is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and returns messages and calls very quickly.The problem was a vibration and handling issue with a 2015, BMW, X4. Duncans quickly diagnosed the problem, worked with our warranty company, got OEM parts for the repair, and performed the repair quickly, exactly as described and planned, and had the car back to us more quickly than their estimated time.One thing we found particularly honest and helpful is the web-based system they used to take a video of the problem they found (worn drive-shaft joint), describe the problem, provide a description of the repair, and an estimate of the repair, and the ability to authorize the repair via that system. Use of the system clearly shares with the customer what the problem is, what the repair is, the cost of the repair, and if you want to go ahead... it works very, very, well.In closing, I feel that Duncans is an honest, open, very knowledgeable and reputable business that I will use again and recommend to others as a place to trust with the repair of their vehicle.

They did work on my 2011 Mini Cooper in the summer of 2019. I had issues in 2020. They did not hesitate to fix my issues and did not charge me anything. That is some excellent service and very much appreciated. They have a customer for life in me. I highly recommend them for your European vehicles. Great job.

Shady, incompetent or just a mistake? I brought my car in for an alignment after having some suspension work done to the tune of $600 at another shop. The previous shop didnt have the right equipment for the alignment so they recommended DEA. Duncans did the alignment and called for me to pick up my car. I immediately noticed my steering wheel was not aligned properly. After an alignment the steering wheel should sit at 12 oclock when driving straight, mine sat at about 11:40-11:45. I Googled to see if this was acceptable after just having an alignment done or if I was just being picky. Every answer I got was bring it back. I called Duncans and they had no problem with correcting the issue so I brought it back. Later that day, they called with the news that the reason they couldnt get a proper alignment is because there was $1000 worth of work that needed to be done in the same area that the previous shop overlooked AND Duncans overlooked when doing the alignment. I gave them permission to do the work and a day later got my car back. Alignment was still off and at that point I felt I would just deal with it. After a few days a clunking started to appear in the area that all the work had been done. I didnt want to bring it back to DEA for fear they would find another $1000 worth of work they missed the 1st and 2nd time my car was there. A few weeks went by and the clunking grew louder so I found another European auto expert in my area to take a look. I explained the whole ordeal to them and they said they would try to figure it out. A few hours later they called and I braced for bad news as they said Are you ready for this?. It turns out the last shop it was at (Duncans) didnt tighten a bolt on the suspension and over time it was backing its way out more and more. This new shop tightened the bolt, fixed my alignment and charged me for a 1/2 hour labor. My suspension and alignment is perfect now. Times are tough right now and everyone is trying to make a buck, I also know mistakes happen. Ill never be sure whether this was malice, incompetence or just a tech rushing to get the job done with a lot on their plate but either way, this could have been a dangerous outcome had I not brought it in to be checked out. I can say their shop is very nice, clean, everyone I dealt with was professional, but not the quality I had expected after just dropping $1400 in repairs.Edit:I did receive a call from Josh at Duncans European Auto early this morning. He was apologetic and had an explanation for what might have happened. These cars (BMW) need to have weight on certain parts of the suspension when tightening everything and Josh said he spoke with the tech who had tightened this stuff while it was still on the lift. I appreciate them taking time to call me and explain this and there is a lot to be said for a shop that cares about the reviews they receive, good or bad.

I highly recommend Duncan’s European Auto! I recently brought my 2014 Audi Q5 in for issues - and they were incredibly friendly, helpful, communicative about what was needed. I thought I had been spoiled by Audi dealership with their service - but you pay a big premium. With Duncan’s, I felt their service was at just as high if not higher level than at dealership - while being more affordable and convenient. For me finding them was a big win all around.

These guys are Mercedes certified mechanics that dont charge Mercedes prices and dont have the standoffish attitude that the local Mercedes dealerships here in Southern NH all have. I got into a pickle on my Sprinter based motorhome and Ben Duncan and his team came to my rescue when the local Manchester dealership was indifferent to my dilemma. From this point forward, my Audi and my Mercedes based motorhome will see no other local mechanics than those at Duncans European Automotive.

My car started hesitating and my engine light came on while on my way into work. I was not sure I would make it to the office, but knew I could not drive to my regular garage. I remembered passing Duncans on my way in and had researched them a bit on- line. I popped in and Olivia greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. She knew exactly what was wrong based on the description of the issue. They serviced my car that same day! I received updates throughout the day and drove my car home that night. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The garage was clean and they even sanitized my keys. I was also grateful that my seat was not moved. I appreciate the service and will be back in 5,000 miles!

Ben & the staff offer exceptional knowledge of euro cars, particularly Mercedes. Nobody enjoys paying for repairs and some repairs are necessary, some are optional. They will point out everything that COULD be repaired, but will be honest about what is critical and what is optional when asked.The shop is on par with the level of experience and professionalism found at the dealership, but at a fraction of the cost. Whereas most dealerships are content to scrap any part and just replace with new, these folks prefer fixing to replacing when possible, which tends to save some expense.

A trusted mechanic is so important, and I’ve never had any qualms about the work suggested or performed by their team. I thought it was the end of my hobby car that repairs were gonna be almost what I had paid for it, but Duncan’s did it for about half of what I expected. The job far surpassed all my expectations. Although they are extremely friendly, After picking my van back up I can’t understand the high reviews of this location. It’s not for sprinter vans for sure. I truly had high hopes but left sorely disappointed. It’s just like any other shop-throwing parts at the vehicle until the problem is eventually found instead of true Diagnostics.After 3 days diagnosed bad EGR valve, and replaced. But, the original EGR valve given back to me has proper spring back and the van didn’t have an egr code. So two tell tale signs it wasn’t a needed $650 repair. They also argue it needs a new turbo. Anyone that owns an early sprinter knows this is almost always never the case. Further they argued the turbo was never removed from this van. So apparently when the last shop took it out and gave it to me to bring it to a shop to have a bench tested I was imagining that. All in all after another $650 spent on trying to find a shop that can repair an early sprinter van properly I still haven’t found it. And drivability is probably worse than before I dropper it off.

Started taking my Tesla here about a year ago after looking for a shop in the area that was equipped to work on it. Ben, the owner, and all the staff here are always courteous and friendly. Last year I had the ac condenser replaced and some work to my radiator in my mini copper. The ac wasn’t working this week and there was a leak in the radiator.
