She helped me sell a home I had in Merrimack . It was really in bad shape I knew an inspection would open a can of worms that I could not afford. In a very short time she had lined up 6 potential buyers. Iwas able to choose one that not only did not need an inspection but also it didnt matter if the house was totally cleaned out .
