It is so hard to keep in touch with the property manager, i have called so many time and left so many messages, and days after days after days no replies, it takes forever to get a draft copy of the lease, and the one ii received was just a template i was asked to overlook it, i made adjustments, sent it back and more delays and took forever to get a response, i was told to fill out an application and send a check, but was not told where to. i have a application fee, first months rent and a deposit in hand as well as a line of carpenters, painters, city hall, public health, fire department, equipment delivery, installers, people to do floors all in waiting. i am pretty sure when the lease is signed that they would be wanting their rent check in a hurry. its been since august 31 2020 since i have first contacted them with interest.

Staff are very friendly and offer great service and connections! Have a great network of lenders, mortgage specialists and information about city programs.

Kim is really rude, she does not help at all, we had an emergency with our plumbing, not hot water, and she totally ignored the fact that we were showering with cold water. We had to heat up our water in a stove to shower.We have a million roaches and they haven’t done anything about. Going on 6 years with this problem. The windows are really outdated, the wind gets in through the frame and gets the house really cold. Lastly, the tenants are Hispanics and do not speak English. She is no help because she knows they can’t defend themselves. We will be leaving the apartment in March and really don’t recommend anyone going through Kim. 224 North O st Apt. 4
