Good place, was mostly clean when it started. Good prices, quick in and out times for dryers work fast on high temp. But half the time its hard to get a washer and dryer there due to the high traffic from out of Towners?

The attendant was friendly and helpful. The Laundry Room was clean and machines were efficient.

Dirtiest place!!! Laundry attendant is gone, one of the washer wasnt working and they were no where to be found!!! Ridiculous!!! They have obviously been gone for more than 30min.

Nice staff on duty. Clean, new machines, Hot dryers, extra large washers! I washed a king size bedspread in the extra large machine, and dried it in the large dryer. $1.00 dries a large load in the large dryer on high.

Big washers alot of dryers and more then couple tvs..so I think pretty good..Only thing is bring your own drinks snacks and all you need for laundry cuz they can be a bit pricey..but overall good

By far the best laundromat I have visited in Lompoc. To be honest, The Laundry Room is one of the best laundromats Ive ever visited period. Each time I go, it is incredibly clean and some of the staff are amazing. The staff that are not amazing are perhaps a bit apathetic but always willing to help and always cleaning from what Ive seen. All the washers and dryers are well-maintained and prices are fair. The selection of laundry soap, softener, bags and other accessories is large. While prices for said items may seem a bit high to some, that is to be expected at a laundromat. If you want cheap soap, buy it at the store before you go people. It is a larger laundromat and attracts a large crowd but even at its most crowded I have only once felt claustrophobic. This is not, obviously, The Laundry Rooms fault but rather the fault of people in the laundromat at that time who were exceedingly rude. From the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Laundry Room is one of the only public places Ive actually felt a little bit safe at. Courteous, conscientious and clean, I have no complaints.

An abundance of high-capacity washers and dryers but many are in disrepair. Room seems secure; you can walk in and see over all the appliances to the back wall. Security cameras appear to be installed. Convenient parking with two ramps to entrance.

Always clean, absolutely spotless !The attendant is friendly helpful and always has plenty of supplies, which is great cuz I forgot a couple of times to check my laundry soap bag!Mid-afternoon 2:30 to 4:00 has been best for me because other hours very busy. ( especially the weekend )

Best laundry room in town its a love costlier but you pay for what you get the place has multiple genes for all kinds of families to get their laundry action going on so not too bad for what youre paying for and the Machine seem to be modern and you can use card or coins and they will do your laundry for you if you pay them enough I think its a dollar per pound and 10 pounds is like $10 so not to terrible

I love the Laundry room. I helped do all the concrete for the new facility. I didnt know I would be divorced and doing my laundry there. But I do, and it is my favorite in Lompoc.

8$ for a really big washing machine and 3.75$ for a smaller one, job done quickly, clean place inside and out.

Clean, great Laundry mat with great amenities to ensure your experience there is a pleasant one for everyone. Staff very helpful and professionable. Plenty of parking too, clean machines, that work well. Free wifi, television to watch, music to listen to and located on the corner of South J and West Ocean.

Jam packed alot of ppl cant or dont really care about social distancing some would argue, that the facility is not that big. Its knowing and understanding that this pandemic is serious. People should take it seriously.

Worse than the other laundry mat but this ones open 24 7 and its next to dollar general and subway so you can go shopping while you wait

Good prices and this establishment has the 8 load machines also they keep it very clean with a nice employee to help you if needed.

I used this place once when I wanted to wash my queen size bedspread, they have 2-3? different size washer & large dryers also, a snack bar with sodas, snacks & laundry supplies for sell. The prices per wash load are kind of high but they get the job done!

Best place to open up ever re recently. Staff are personable yet professional, accommodating, washing supplies are available to buy as well as services to do your laundry a re e offer tree ed for a great price. Place is always clean, free wifi and snack shack sort of thing inside. Machines, bathrooms, and business inside and out are clean, clutter free, and T.V.s throughout the place to help pass the time while we do what we all dread having to do. Staff is exceptional in keeping people and everything flowing which makes it a little more pleasant

I have been coming here to the laundry room for a few years and I have had the best results when it comes to clean laundry.i havent had any problems with any kind of customer service. The staff is friendly and work very hard. I have gotten some of the best help from Carla whenever I have had any type of problem, and she has worked very hard to make sure all her customers are completely happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for all the great things you offer well spending most my day here . It really helps having the free WiFi snacks beverages and all sorts of cleaning supplies. Its the best place in town to do your laundry if you need to get it done. Rather its large amount of laundry or just a load its the place to go.

Ive been coming here every week to do laundry for the past couple months now and its always clean with very friendly and helpful staff, the fact that they have snacks and drinks is a huge plus for me since I have my 3 year old all the time 🙂 very happy this place opened

Best laundry mat Ive ever been in. Open space with plenty of washers and dryers. Lots of counter space for many people to fold their cloths without worry of bumping into each other. The place is so popular, it can be tough to get one of their large washers.They also offer a cleaning service. Drop off cloths, return to pick up. Contact them for the details. As far as I know, the only way to contact them is through Facebook.

This laundry room is very clean and most of the time I enjoy my experiences here. However, there is one employee who tends to ruin it. I have never met someone so rude and hateful. She constantly moves personal items around. God forbid you have a question or need change. She will not open the door to the office to help patrons. She sweeps over your feet, and shows a serious lack of basic manners.

I love our newest laundry mat. Just a couple blocks from my house. The employees are very nice. Its very clean.

Super clean and nearly 70 washers and 70 dryers. All large capacity front loaders. Staff is regularly cleaning the facility, they have 3 or 4 change machines and sell detergent (cash only) as well as lots of snacks.

Hands down best laundromat in town CLEAN, open and relaxed. What takes era plus elsewhere takes us just an hour here thanks to the big washers on bedding day.Dryers easily beat around too.

I find that this was one of the most affordable places to do laundry in town. At 25¢ for 8min the dryers pretty much pay for themselves.

Huge, Clean, and has all the amenities that you could want while doing your wash alone or with children. Plenty of parking, staff was constantly cleaning bathrooms and facility, as well as helping customers in the room where people can purchase for cheap to do the job. Soap, softener, snacks and drinks and other goodies to help doing laundry bot so much of a task. Plan on going back when its that time again

Very clean and not to busy of the morning...

It looks great offers free WiFi spacious but I dislike that when my cloths come out of the washer they smell worse than when I put in, in some washers there, dont know if its the machines not getting there clean cycles in or someone before me had a horrible load, but ita happened couple times on different washers.

Place is great except customer service is horrible. The hispanic lady that works in the evenings lacks customer service skills. She is rude and hates it when people walk on her wet floor, gives dirty looks and seems to always be in a very bad mood.

I went there yesterday for the first time the washers and dryers are awsome its clean and roomie I like that.... the problem I had was the staff that was working was rude then after a sertan time she locked the doors so people wasnt able to leave or come in and that is agents the law to lock the doors dearing business hours then she said are you staying in.... its a fire hazard to lock the doors when people are in a place of business
