My original problem was I was trying to get a new, expansion band for a watch. I bought a cheap one, I got it on, but it was too big so I tried to adjust it myself and I failed. I came to Lompoc Jewelers for help. Rodolfo was able to put a nicer expansion band on the watch and even adjusted it perfectly too! And it was very timely. Im very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend!

Please see the Santa Barbara BBB complaint filed against this business -- they took advantage of my elderly relative by substantially overcharging her for a watch. They refused to make it right, and they did not respond to the complaint. Buyer beware.

Me and my brother went to get a watch resized and had a great experience. Cant say anything bad we were there only for that, but the people who helped us were proffessional and were good people overall.

I went to the Place because I needed to get a little loop on my Amber Pendant Piece . I asked the Lady there and she asked The Gentleman that Owns the Place also he is the Master Jewler he makes the most beautiful pieces, Rings, Pendants, etc. They also Fix Watches, Clean Jewelery. OMG!. I took a Beautiful Pendant of Rutilated Clear Quartz with Black Turmaline and he made a harness Design in Silver for my Crystal. It is Beautiful. I recommend the Place.
