My dryer was shutting off early and it took many tries to finish drying my clothes. I had to be at work later that evening and wanted this dryer repaired before the weekend. I called Appliance Center Maytag and they came FAST... super fast! And super friendly! Dryer repaired. Will recommend to friends and family.
I can’t express enough what a great experience purchasing my new front load washer and dryer was. The customer service is superb and Pat (owner) is extremely knowledgeable about all appliances! I will definitely purchase future items from them!
The service man was polite and knew exactly what to do to get my refrigerator back to normal. He also looked at my washer and fixed a leaking hose. I will call them back when ever I need help. What a pleasure to not have to worry about who was in my house.
I highly recommend Maytag. Guy came out and within a half an hour 45min my dryer was fixed. By far the best in Lompoc.
Big thumbs up to Appliance Center Maytag. Our washer`s air pressure switch went out and the technician was on site and on time. He was able to confirm the diagnosis and schedule the part and repair the next day, even under very specific time pressures.
Appliance Center Maytag are true professionals...identified the problem, fixed it, educated us on appliances in general, and responded to our service request very quickly... I would call Appliance Center Maytag for any appliance repair in the future.
Awesome service great products and people
Update: its been 3 years since I wrote this review and the fridge is still running fine despite the fact the technician told me that the compressor was bad and tried to talk me into buying a new one from this business.Called this business because my refrigerator displayed an error code and was not staying as cold as it should be. I googled the code which said it was a fan error. Repairmen showed up a few days later to look at it. Does about 5 minutes of work before telling me the compressor is bad but no one will replace an LG compressor and even if they did, it would cost you $1,000 minimum. He then said I needed to buy a new fridge and then told me they carried them at their store and I should come by. But something was off... if the compressor was bad then why was the fridge/freezer still cold enough to make ice and it certainly wasnt warm. A friend suggested that it might be a frozen (literally) compressor and to unplug it for 24 hours and then plug it back in. That was 4 days ago and our fridge is working perfect. If Id listened to this companies advice I would of thrown away a $3,000 fridge and then spent another $3,000 on a fridge... thats a $6,000 mistake and completely ridiculous. Use at your own risk but not advisable.
