Wow. Refreshing. They came on time, did the work professionally, and charged a fair price. My RV AC was broken. Bobs RV Repair couldnt fix it. Accurate had it fixed in about 20 minutes - they had the part with them in their trailer. Very awesome! My gas-operated fireplace was also broken. Accurate did some testing and diagnosed the problem. Seeing that I was a little handy, he gave me the link in Amazon on the part to order and showed me where to replace it when it came in. I order the part, saved the return visit, and now the fireplace is working again. He also inspected my home heating system, changed out the filter with a new one from his trailer, adjusted the venting to improve heating to my home office, and recommended some future upgrades that we might want to consider. I will definitely use Accurate in the future.

We hired Accurate to install a new furnace in our home. Ron was very thorough explaining all of our options and their associated costs so we could make an informed decision on our replacement. His crew arrived on time and were very polite. I was really impressed with the work crew and felt very comfortable having them in my home working for the day. They got us up and running quickly and answered all of my questions about the new system. Definitely recommend them for repairs and new installs.

Arrogant and unreliable-I have used Ron Mathiss service 4 times over the past year for a few properties. I recommended him to several of my colleges. I see that was in hasteRecently I made appointments to have the heating system in two of my properties tuned. Without notice he missed one of the appointments leaving my renter in the lurk. The office excused their action as the office power was down and there was a miscommunication between the office and the owner of the company. The office staff is one who is Rons wife. Simple enough to explain to the tenant and a new appointment was scheduled although it was not made a priority by the company. The next day I received a voice mail with an apology for getting the invoice out late because of the power at their house being down, that they were having solar installed. In the past when the invoice for their service was e mailed I took care of the payment on line. This would not have been different. I was out at property inspections that day and there was yet another voice mail. The tone was that of a collection company worried that they would not be piad the $239 for the first house they serviced. I paid the invoice that night. The following day was the scheduled appointment for the second house. They missed that again leaving the tenant waiting for his arrival. I did speak with the office and with Ron himself. I have had work done by other contractors, Terrones Plumbing, A to Z roofing, McIntosh Roofing, Story Pest Control, Western Pest Control and Dreamland Tree Service. All those separate services ranged from $1,033 to $25,000. Each of those companies did the work, sent me the invoice and received payment. Each of these companies had serviced my houses in the past 30 days. There was no reason for this heating guy to feel nervous about being paid. The icing on the cake was when my wife listened to the voice mail left my Accurate Heating she said they need to be fired. I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt but when they screwed up missing the second appointment, well I have just got to say there are many other choices that will treat the customer as they should, especially a repeat customer like myself. Take my advice and choose someone that will care for your household and needs. Choose someone other than Accurate heating and AC service.

So pleased with this company!!!!This morning I called Ron at 6:30 am (he actually answered the phone!!!) and I told him that our heater has stopped working. He said he would come by around 11am and take a look. He arrived on time and found/fixed the issue in less than half an hour. BAM! It was a quick $12 fix and we were back in business baby! Im so grateful that he was honest about it being simple and inexpensive! So many companies out there screw with you and up charge their services. His wife Emily then called and took my payment over the phone. So easy!Thank you both for being so helpful and kind, it is much appreciated!
