This place was chosen by my home warranty company. Not only did they have to return 3 times because they did not have the correct parts. They left me a voicemail that my balance due was over $1,000. They work they quoted and had approved was for an out-of-pocket cost of $240.53. When I spoke with the receptionist, I was told that the manager/owner would need to speak with me and that my call would be returned. This never happened. I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING AND RETURN MY CALL. They sent my account to collections (without ever sending me a bill showing the amount due and the services performed). Now they wont even speak with me because they sent me to collections. I will be disputing this claim with the collections company and contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other organizations that deal with SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES in the State of Illinois. BE WARNED- THIS COMPANY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU DESPITE PROVIDING AN OUT-OF-POCKET COST PRIOR TO WORK BEING DONE, WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS AND WILL SEND YOUR ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION BEING PROVIDED ON THEIR PART!

I wish I would have taken a picture of the pool before they came. They did an AMAZING job, were fast and extremely helpful. I had mentioned that I needed to take my stairs out and clean them since they were sitting in algae and without me asking they not only took them out but cleaned them! I highly recommend this company! It took awhile to get an appt but it was so worth the wait!

They have never showed up to do the work they quoted. Been over a month of excuses and wasted time.

Never hire this company. Home warranty company sent this company to me to replace my above ground pool pump that was leaking from the shaft seal.You hire a company to help you not to lie to you. All above ground pools have a one horse powered pump they told me they are all the same. Mine has a 1.5 hp call the pool store and find out or just Google it.

I have used these guys several times over the last few years, anything from heater repair to leak detection to a new liner. They are very good and have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

When they opened our pool they drained it and it partially collapsed . They acknowledged their liability and said they would fix it . Well its winter and they have not . We only get replies that the owner will call to schedule but no one ever calls.

I had a pool pipe break snd they fixed it right. Super service.

TERRIBLE service.They were scheduled for our pool opening, and I planned accordingly to have someone there for their 4 hour window.Trip 1 - they forgot a part that was needed, so left my pool half openedTrip 2 - 2 days later - got there, and they were missing yet another partTrip 3 - another 2 days later, says everything is up and running, just finish filling it up and turn it onSo, I fill it up, now fully 1 week after they began the process, so my water is looking pretty cloudy. I turn the pump on, and......and NOTHING COMES OUT into the pool, heater is not coming on, and there is no water even going to the new chlorinator that they just installed brand new this year......further investigation shows me that all the water from the pump was shooting out the bottom of the filter.....Needless to say, I am furious, but it is Saturday, so, as with every time you call them, you only get a voicemail, not a live person, so I leave 2 separate messages.It was painfully obvious that the technician simply hooked up the lines, but did not test ANYTHING.So, Monday, I get a call back from the receptionist calls back and says yeah, I talked with Mike (the owner), and he says were just not going to charge you for the opening, and you can go find someone else.I said Really? Thats your answer?? You need to have Mike call me personally, so I can discuss that with himRather than simply agree to that, she says well, I can pass it along, but I dont think hes gonna call back as hes out in the field all day.And, 2 days later, he has not.......I have since had someone else out to get me up and running.So, yeah, avoid this place like the plague.They have no pride in their work, obviously, their technicians are far more concerned with getting finished, and bouncing to the next job, rather than doing the first one properly, and they do not stand behind their customers.

After tailgating me for several minutes, one of these professionals attempted to run me and my children off the road in a neighborhood. Apparently he felt slighted when I was driving too slow (the speed limit). Tough guy.

Just finished a complete power and acid wash and 2 new coats of paint on our concrete pool. I looked all over the web to try to find a good company to do the job, its amazing to me that some companies I contacted never even called me back. So glad I found Just In Time Pool and spa. I thought they might not come out as far as New Lenox, but the owner Mike came in person to quote the job within 48 hours of my call.I eventually got a quote from 2 other companies as well just to make sure I was getting a fair deal. One of the quotes blew me out of the water, and the other seemed reasonable until I read the fine print of the proposal. It was clear there would be additional hidden charges. I choose Just In Time and they scheduled the job for 3 weeks later. (dont know if you ever tried to schedule a paint job but they usually tell you months before they can fit you in) Mikes scheduler Kristen was super accommodating all thru the process, she called me every time 24 hrs in advance before they were to start each phase. We struggled with extremely wet weather in the beginning, so I had to be patient and understand that you cant do some of the steps until it is dry, but the job went quickly even still.The service tech we had was Matt, and I cant say enough about what a great job he did. He was careful, he was nice enough to stop and explain things I was unsure about, and he very courteous and friendly. Thanks Matt.Here is my quick summary of Just in Time....Professional, Friendly, Upfront on Pricing and Very Fair, Attentive to Detail. I didn’t use this service and after being cut off by their van and then given the middle finger, I wouldn’t think about having this company come to my home or my business. Terrible professionalism.

My experience with just pools and spas this year is terrible,last year wonderful service, this year NOT. Not dependible to us, constant delays and reschedules .

I would fill my pool in with cement, before I ever call this company again. For some reason, I cant leave ZERO stars.
