I miss these guys :( they were like family but I couldnt see it at the time while I was working there. What an amazing experience to be part of a group of top quality individuals. I have taken many loads from TQL and all the brokers are different and most are good but I recently had a bad experience with broker Eric Bauer on a load we booked from Houston, TX to Chicago, IL . I was sent the confirmation and deadheaded my truck from Austin to Houston for a pick up the following day at noon and wanted him to have full hours of service available . The next morning he said the load would not be ready until the following day and would not pay a TONU because he had stalled sending the address of shipper either expecting a problem or was trying to book it cheaper . He ruins their name for the good guys making an honest living .

Fully Loaded Farms LLC has hauled many loads with TQL and it is all ways a joy and very nice people to haul for I highly recommend them.

Trevor Horton and Aron best people to work with have work with them with several loads and they are the best I really recommend them,Both agents are exceptional.

We have done a lot of Intermodal work for TQL. They are a wonderful company to work with. We have never had any issues with getting payment or any other problems. We from WESO Transport, love to work with TQL. Generally, their staff are very friendly to work with, but Ill not lie that sometimes I get to talk with some people that are not very good to deal with, but I already learned something, I totally cut that people out and call again and try to talk to someone that I worked before, even though it is not their load, they at least help me smooth things out.

Haul multiple loads for TQL, nearly every day. Weve worked out a pretty good pay rate with them and it is working for us right now. Our only issue is the amount if phone calls. I know they have to update load status, but if I sent in my bol yesterday, I dont need to be called today to asked if we delivered our load. The brokers we work with directly are friendly and understanding. We currently have 2 in specific we work with (load out, and load back).

TQL is a great company to work for. We never encounter issues that we cant fix and we are always paid quickly. We are happy doing business with them and look foward to continuing our relations with them.

Josh is the most annoying sales person I have ever met. We don’t book with TQL because their rates are typically double what we get with our main carrier. Josh calls 4+ times a day asking if he can help us with transportation needs. You really need to tell you employees that no means no not call 4 times a day. This only makes me less likely to book with TQL. At the same time we also have 2 people telling us they are our account rep and not to listen to the other person. You need to figure your stuff out.

The best way to deal with TQL is NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL. The more carriers go this route the better. Sooner or later they will cost You money ............Avoid at all cost.
