I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and the beautiful people that work there! I was a walk in, who had never even looked or tried on wedding gowns before (also, we are talking 24 days before the wedding oh & I been engaged for 2 years,) needless to say my ladies were a bit concerned!! I was the luckiest girl in the world when the Amazing Felicia was to be my stylist!!! We started talking and we instantly clicked. My family lives in New Orleans, so being with her felt like I was with family since they couldn’t be with me. She encouraged me to pick out dresses I liked and she would check them out/find others similar/etc!! After we had gathered about 7 or 8 dresses, we started the try on. From each dress I tried on, Felicia helped me do all the thinking from if we needed to alter, or add a belt, or a vail, and/or anything!! She had it all. So by the 3rd dress, I was pretty certain I had found THE dress. She agreed. We didn’t give up though! We finished trying on all the dresses and doing them justice so that we knew we had tried ‘em all and we had picked the right one. THE one. So then, we go back to that 3rd dress, but instead of just going to that one, I tried on my second choice again first. Then I tried on that 3rd dress. Y’all. Felicia is amazing at what she does. SHE FOUND THAT DRESS FOR ME, it wasn’t me!!!! She based it off things I had picked up and things I had told her; she’s honestly so good at what she does and the love for it that she has… just seeps out of her smile and her eyes and her beautiful person!!!! I found my perfect dress because of Felicia. I will be forever grateful. I love you, Felicia!!!!! You changed my life!!!!!!!! I will see you again to show you how beautiful your work turned out!!! Went wedding dress shopping this morning. Dina was so helpful in picking out different styles. She listened to what I said I liked and picked accordingly. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t push me into trying on a dress I didn’t like. She then helped us pick out the perfect bridesmaid dresses! Dina was overall SO helpful and made my wedding dress shopping experience even better than I could have imagined!

The team was so helpful immediately! I came in 20 days before my wedding needing to walk out in an hour with a dress without alterations and that is exactly what happened. The stylists and manager could not have been better. While I was frantic and impatient, they were calm and accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal in Lombard. All the staff were kind and welcoming. The consultant I worked with was Felicia and she was fantastic. She was so helpful and made me feel so special. She personally picked out the wedding dress I ended up buying! Ive never been a part of a wedding party, none the less being the maid of honor! I dont wear dresses at all, so this whole finding a dress was foreign to me. Luckily, I had a great stylist! Ashley at D&B in Lombard made it very easy and was one step ahead the whole time! She made me feel comfortable and I was in and out in roughly 30 mins! Plus the dresses I looked at were at a fantastic price! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is new to the whole Bride Tribe scene!

Stacy was so sweet and made me feel like no request was too big or too small. I’m standing up in a last minute wedding, and had to find a bridesmaids gown in a short amount of time. She was very thorough and took her time to pick gowns she knew would be available and in the color I need. I noticed while she was assisting me, she was assisting another bridal party and was going above and beyond for them as well. The Store Manager, was so helpful and compassionate with me as the MOB, in selecting a dress that would make my daughter happy. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The Alterations expert, was also able to work her magic. I recommend it as the first and last step in the dress buying process!

It was great today. No alterations needed. Seems girls are too busy to help you unless your the Bride to be. When I picked out the Mother of Bride dress. I was all alone. Not much help. Would be nice we were all treated the same as if you wanted the business

I’m normally the first to admit that the my dress experience at another David’s Bridal location was less than pleasant. HOWEVER, after postponing my wedding a whole year and going to try on my dress, it no longer fit. I made an alterations appointment almost certain we wouldn’t be able to do anything with the dress and I went in an emotional wreck. Let me tell you, the alterations department was wonderful! She immediately told me that it was not problem and could fix it with ease AND no one would ever be able to tell we had to get it altered. I cried and felt so relieved. It was exactly the news I needed. It was such a great experience that I ended up staying to shop for a dress for another event.If you had bad experiences at other stores I 100% recommend coming here. They got it right and have a wonderful team!

Ashley, from Lombard, IL was very helpful. She went above and beyond and helped me find a dress (last minute) for an event and she actually selected a dress I wouldnt have selected but it was the winner! Trust her expertise and you will not be disappointed! Very friendly and efficient staff.

I had a mini meltdown at my alterations appointment yesterday. It didnt fit right when I waited almost a month to pick it up and there were tears on my end. I just have to say how professional and helpful Eleni and Karen were. Eleni brought back my dress THREE times to alter it. Karen talked me through my emotions and was sweet and understanding. To any brides reading this during corona time, we are stronger than the average bride. We have been bumped and bruised and tossed around more times than we can count. Many of our plans have been thrown out the window and we are emotional! We need to give ourself grace. Again.. Eleni and Karen were amazing and I would recommend this location to anyone. When I purchased my dress back in November, I also had a good experience then. Thank you, Davids Bridal in Lombard!

I had the best experience here at David’s Bridal. My host Anna was so helpful, so patient, such a beautiful spirit. I truly enjoyed shopping there with her assistance. David Bridal gave me a consultant Rachel who was very helpful from the time I came in. She was really sweet and did her best to find all the dresses that fit me.She was kind, helped me get dressed and it was just wonderful. I appreciate her making the experience with my mom and friends and great aunt a blast! And I said yes to the dress!I gave them a four because they didn’t have much varieties in various pricing on the floor in the store

Lombard David’s Bridal is amazing!! Sammy was amazing! The Manger was amazing and the ladies from Alteration where amazing! Everyone was super nice! I had the best experience there! This location was very far from me but it was worth a drive. The one from Vernon Hills and Schaumburg not the best! So Ladies if you really want an amazing experience go to Lombard worth the drive!

Having a rush wedding, so needed a dress that fits me. Found a dress here in a size 4 that was set to arrive 10 days before my wedding. We made it clear there was no time for alterations. Dress that arrived was a size 10. They are clearly ordering bigger sizes to get the alteration income. This is a completely shady way of doing business. Anyway, was told by the manager that she would ship the size 4 to arrive Monday...it is now Thursday and it is still not here. Luckily I was able to find another dress at a different store that they are altering for a rush fee. Thanks for nothing, Davids Bridal. Ladies, make sure to ask what size they are ordering for you when you place you order.

I went dress shopping yesterday for the second time, and my consultant, Madalynn made it such a great experience. I will preface by saying my first appointment at Davids Bridal (in Schaumburg) was terrible. I left in tears because I felt so not pretty and misunderstood. Yesterday Madalynn took the time to understand what I wanted and pulled a bunch of dresses I LOVED and felt good in. She also gave me great ideas for my alternative to a veil as well. I will also mention that I was 20 minutes late and told her that she didnt have to spend a whole hour with me because of this, but she did anyways. Madalynn was truly SO kind, and I am so glad we also got to bond over our shared wedding plans and ideas, she is truly a gem. Not to mention I left having found ✨The✨ dress. Someone give this girl a raise!!The sales manager, Zaida and the woman at the front desk greeting and checking people out were also very kind and helpful, thank you!

Over the years I have been a bridesmaid quite a few times and I must say that each experience with Davids Bridal staff has been a pleasant one. From trying on the dresses to consulting with alterations during the try ons and actually being fitted and refitted for the final product. Everyone is amazing. The alterations cost isnt cheap but I prefer guaranteed work. Which is why I will always use them for any purchases I make from them. Keep up the good work!

I went in with my parents, sister in law and mother in law to look at gowns. Tried 2 bridal boutiques before coming here, with less selection and higher prices. Our bridal stylist Adelyn was super sweet and helpful as I tried on 10 gowns. We tried several gorgeous gowns on before finalizing the dress that everyone unanimously loved. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gown to come in as they have extensive selection and amazing prices. I also got a special occasion dress for my engagement party from here, amazing. Adelyn went above and beyond to make sire I found a dress that we loved and met our requirements and made the day very special. Will come here again for all my wedding and special occasion needs.

Lombard David’s bridal Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was an hour late to my appointment and had no problem taking care of me. Lizzie was very nice, PATIENT (took my two year old with me ) and helpful. Never been to a store with such friendly staff.

My bridal experience here was phenomenal-especially for a plus size bride. My consultant Ashley made everything so easy. She listened to my likes/dislikes and came back with more beautiful dresses. After rescheduling our wedding 3x and in an entirely different season- I was fully prepared to be miserable. and I had the best time! So appreciative.

Found what I wanted. At first, I was afraid that the dress I wanted to buy would cost around 100 dollars or more/ a bit less. They had a good discount for the bridesmaid dress I bought, which originally costed 130 that resulted of it costing only 21- something dollars. Would recommend to go there again by the thanks of a friend recommending me to go there earlier.

This was a WONDERFUL experience. When we walked in we were greeted immediately. The lady at the door was so warm and welcoming. They immediately pulled up my cousins appointment and got her registered. They told us where to start looking and within 10 minutes we were greeted by LaTanya (AMAZING Bridal consultanat). She was so helpful. Helped us find beautiful dresses. Gave us suggestions. Added accessories. And then wrote down everything that we liked. My cousin didnt think she would find a dress at Davids Bridal but they might just have THE ONE. And we will definitely be going back to see LaTanya if they do.

My fiancé and I headed to DB for a very last minute dress shopping excursion and we’re pleasantly surprised by the dress selection and customer service provided by the team at DB Lombard. Lauryn was our assistant and she was incredibly patient, kind and supportive. We ultimately did not purchase a dress at this location but because of her going above and beyond (she called the Naperville location to see if they had a dress in a smaller size) we found THE dress! Thank you, Lauryn for caring enough to make that call and lead us to it!

My first 2 encounters at David’s bridal were a little rocky due to lack of direction given by workers but pick up went smoothly. The three young women that helped me with my pick up were lovely and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I had a strapless dress that I went to 2 different people to get straps added, and each time they were not right. The last person told me it would take 10 hours and she wouldn’t do it. I walked into David’s Bridal and the alterations ladies helped in less than an hour and they were so amazing! I love it, thank you!!

My five stars are for the staff, as for the location and the dresses I would give it a 3 star rating. Every single person working at this location was amazing, Natalie was my stylist and I saw doing everything possible to find my dress. Even thought of something I had overlooked which was amazing . Im just very very helpful and attentive. On the other side I had my eight year old daughter with me and Diane was just so great at keeping her comfortable while I was able to try on my dresses and I just couldnt have asked anymore from this experience. However I wanted to buy my dress from here just because of the staff, it felt old the place felt in need of upkeep the dresses didnt seem to be new I felt like I was looking at thrift store dresses . I tried to reach corporate so that I didnt have to put this here but have no luck. They did have some gorgeous dresses in there but maybe it was just not to my liking. I definitely think that you should look online have an idea of the dresses they carry and send it to your stylist prior to your appointment so that they have it available when you go. I would say their prices are unbeatable its so worth the shot of finding that dress. Definitely to make an appointment though the staff is incredible if you give them opportunity prior to going of having the dresses that you like available from their website pretty sure you will be happy.

Went in for dress alterations, they have been so helpful getting me a larger size dress as I had to post pone since Covid. At the alterations I let them know I was pregnant and they saw where I was at the moment. Luckily they told me for pregnant women they do alteration 2 weeks out so it fits perfect! They even were able to give me a rough estimate on how much I needed/wanted done so I can be prepared next fitting. Thank you!

I was happy to find two gorgeous dresses here! I was a little disappointed because my consultant did not seem prepared and others who were with me and the manager (I think that’s who it was) had to help out in choosing dresses and suggesting ways to alter the dresses. Still happy that I came.

Everyone is so nice and kind. Unfortunately I didn’t find my dream dress here, but I wanted to use their alterations service because I had heard wonderful things. I was not disappointed. My dress was ready in a timely manner and Eleni took such great care of us. She took the time to show my mom and sister how to properly bustle my dress and went above and beyond to practice this with them. My dress fits like a glove and I’m so glad I came here!

I had a group of bridesmaids for my wedding get fitted for dresses together and Im so glad we went to Davids Bridal! There were lots of dress and color options plus a variety of styles for the bridesmaids to try on. The staff member helping us, Lauryn, was fantastic and super helpful. Everyone was so nice and made it so easy for us to pick a dress, get measured for sizes, and order the dresses we need!

2020 happened and my bridesmaid dress no longer fits. They don’t have the same dress and color anymore and so I need to get it altered. They are charging more to have the dress altered than I paid for it in the first place ($175) I find this completely ridiculous. Why would I pay for them to alter a dress when it would cost literally more than the dress is worth. Also, how can it be my fault they they no longer make the dress in the size I need??

I used to think this place was great, but the organizational skills were abominable during my bridesmaids dress fitting. Instead of telling them what dresses came in the specific color I asked, David’s bridal had them try on anything and most of the dresses my bridesmaids liked after trying them on, David’s bridal didn’t even have them in that color. Why have someone like their dress and then be told “oh no, can’t have that one.”

Great customer service in the alterations department. I needed an adjustment made and it was done right there and they are very sweet and helpful. I have a destination wedding they helped with that process!

All staff worked masks properly, kept distance, and I forced that on others as well. Staff, one in particular who often wears a green mask was truly the best of the best! I recently picked out my wedding dress at Davids Bridal. The stylist were incredibly helpful, they picked out several dresses which looked amazing. After picking out my dress my stylist even took the time to help my two nieces pick out flower girl dresses. Everyone at the store has been beyond helpful, incredibly friendly and the selection of dresses and accessories has been top notch!

Shopping for prom dresses is always exciting and David’s Bridal in Lombard created the perfect shopping experience! We especially like to thank the nice staff especially Gabby for accommodating us. Gabby was resourceful, high-energy, and kind and I plan to return for my next big event.

This visit did not make the bride feel special. When we walked in, we were super excited to try the dresses. It was the brides first time! Brides consultant asked what types of dresses is she looking for but she didn’t brought many choices. We tried multiple dresses. All of them required a lot of alterations. She also didn’t know what type of alterations can be done. When we were walking over to the dressing room, we noticed one dress on the display we really liked but it was a bridesmaid dress. Our consultant said that this dress is not in stock. After an hour of trying many dresses, the bride did not like any of them. She asked the consultant multiple times advice her on what type of dress would fit her body best but she always ignored the questions. At the end of the visit, she disappeared. She was no where to be found. When we were waiting and looking for her, another consultant was trying her best to assist us. For some weird reason, she was able to find the exact dress the bride was looking for. The only different? It was bridesmaid dress and she was able to order it on time in the ivory color. But then when we were ready to place the order no consultants were found. We walked out of the store without the dress and horrible experience. Will never come back again!

I had the best experience at David’s Bridal in Lombard! All of the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. My stylist Dina was so knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process, knowing which dresses to try based on my taste and physique. She also knew how to accent them with belts, veils, and straps that gave an entirely different look than without them. There are so many great options and reasonably priced too. When you choose a dress, you close your eyes and envision your wedding day, then ring a bell to make it official. It is overall such a happy and positive atmosphere :) Could not recommend this boutique more for the customer service, styles, and experience!

Most experiences I’ve had with David’s have been fine. This location was a great help in finding my bridesmaid dress. However, one of the seamstresses was rather rude at my first alterations appointment. Truthfully, it left a sour taste in my mouth and almost made me walk out. Her assistant was much nicer. Once I pick up my dress I will not be returning to this location for any other services.

Ashley was AMAZING! I am the bride to be and it was the first time I was trying on dresses. I admit, I had no idea what I wanted! Ashley navigated me through the entire experience with patience and finesse! She helped my soon to be mother in law with her dress selection as well in under two hours!! If you make an appointment at Davids Bridal, ask for Ashley!

The consultant was great helped me and my daughter find sneaker prom dresses we was in and out in less then a hour

I worked with Anna H and she was fabulous! I booked a last minute appointment and they got me right in. Everything was very clean and comfortable with covid procedures. Anna did a great job guiding me through the process as she was friendly, professional and fun to work with! When my dress arrives I will be requesting to work with her! I had such an amazing experience at both of my bridal appointments! Felicia was so sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process of finding my perfect dress! A few other staff members jumped in to help with my try-ons and they were all wonderful! The manager came by towards the end of my appointment and she was great and helpful as well! Thank you to everyone who made this such a special day for me! I cant wait to come back with my bridesmaids!

I went in without an appointment but Anna was accommodating and helped us find the accessories we were looking for.
