This was our first time working with Your Clean Team. Although the cleaner, Jackie, showed up on time, I was not impressed with the quality. There were dishes still left in the sink, unwashed, when I came home. There was also no effort put into organizing and doing beyond the basics. For instance, I had a few clothing items on a dining room chair and the cleaner did not help fold or move to bedroom. She also did not even clean underneath and dust the chairs. The only cleaning done in the bedroom was vacuuming and cleaning mirrors (Bed was already made that morning prior to the cleaning). My office area was not thoroughly cleaned either- still dust, the area below the desk was not vacuumed, and a few items that had fallen from the desk were not picked up and left on the floor. The job just seemed done in a rush with minimal effort. I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience. I think I could have accomplished the same in less time and for less money

Wonderful experience with the team! My apartment became unmanageable after personal issues. Not only did they treat my family with respect, they went above and beyond to leave us with the car customized to our needs! And the pricing for services provided were fair.
