Truly unprofessional, very rude and not suitable for customer service industry. I was at the store to drop off amazon return and I did not have printed label, he declined to help or even talk in courteous manner. I went back to my car and get the label from Amazon, went back in the store just find out he has closed the system even before published closing time (6:00pm CST). When I mentioned he again became extremely rude and asked me to come next morning.I will contact Amazon and register complain about this incident, I will also reach out to UPS corporate office to report this incident and post it on social media to make sure store manager learn how to provide customer service or leave it for someone else who could better job.
The customer service at this location is very bad. I stop here about once a week for Amazon and every employee treats you as though you are a burden to them. They never offer you a receipt after scanning your item and the few times I’ve asked for one, they have actually argued with me about it. I’ve had another employee huff and puff at me while scanning my return label on my phone and say “the picture is too dark, you need to lighten it”. Avoid this location if possible.
Poor service and associate, it extended into the owner George - even laughed at me for asking questions about the package they lost of mine. I have a professional UPS account and spend over $30k a month- one of worst franchises locations I’ve ever experienced and will be filing a claim
The manager Dominick was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to communicate my needs to him when I was in a rush and his tone was very condescending when he suggested to me how I can communicate more effectively. In a customer service position it is your job to help me when I am asking for your help and have paid for a service, not to teach me how to communicate effectively. Next time I need to ship something I will travel to a location farther away in order to avoid the possibility of communicating with this person.
NO Mask, had unprofessional advances, when denied parcel got misplaced a couple days! Management very unsatisfactory . Employees not properly taught or supervised ! 2nd time! Will Not Return ! Disgraced as I used to work for UPS !

Bob is truly disgusting. I inquired on questions in terms of a business PO Box and he was very unhelpful. Impatient with me and verbally aggressive as if I mentally slow; more so was just curious as to what I was signing up for. Dominick is the greatest... Extremely helpful abd totally professional. Goes the extra mile to load my messy car of the heavy milk boxes...But everyone always greet me and is speedy in service. Yeah at times they are busy.... Doesnt bother me to wait for a while....Thx gus

Horrible customer service, the older gentleman working at that facility seems to be bothered to answer questions! Whether he owns this location or just works there! You should be humbled that people still choose to bring business to your store.
I went there to have some papers notarized, the notary was on the phone and the other employee hands me a card and tells me to call back in 30 minutes. I am standing there and he tells me to leave and call back later. That is no way to run a business.
Best ups store in town. I always make sure to return my packages here and the guys here are knowledgeable and friendly. I dont know how people are writing all these negative reviews.
My favorite UPS location, especially with Amazon returns, they never give me hard time if boxes are not fully secured, unlike the other one on Roosevelt west of i355
Always friendly and helpful with a smile on the face. I prefer this location over any others. One of the people whom had helped me had even taped up my packages for me when he saw that I was in a rush. Great customer service!
The employee came out and opened the door for us when he saw us carrying large boxes. We were just dropping off amazon returns and he offered to retape the box to make it more secure and printed and stuck the new labels on for us. We were there around 12 on a Saturday and we were in and out in under 5 minutes
I first went to the UPS store in Addison because I was working in Addison that day. They refused to even touch my package unless it was taped up properly. Without a word, I grabbed my package and walked out the door. The elderly gentleman behind the counter offered to sell me a roll of tape. I just kept walking. A few days later, I was in the Lombard area so I decided to stop in the Roosevelt Road location. I came prepared with a roll of tape but no scissors. When I asked if I could please borrow something to cut the tape with, the clerk looked at me like I had three heads and said, “that’s what we are here for! You don’t have to tape anything!” Thank you for making my day!
Went twice. The first time the lady was rude, but at least she was helpful in getting the information I needed. The second time two old men were working in the middle of the day and were horribly rude. Avoid this location at all costs.

The Manager Bob is RUDE and unprofessional. Like another comment a month ago. He took my stuff was pulling the paper from me as I tried to complete it. Said Ill call you tomorrow with the price. He just finished closing out the cash register. Was nice to the Amazon drop offs after me. Kept yelling Tony were closed, come on. All this at 5:50 pm now. Call UPS Corporate. I did. George is the owner of this location and is in denial. Im NEVER going back.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude.I asked for help bringing in 3 heavy boxes and told me we don’t do that.3 boxes had 1 label and he threw tape on counter and said, you have to wrap them as one package.Avoid this location, they don’t care to help or be professional. Just plain lazy

When you ask for the least expensive option, they will not provide you with the least expensive option, nor will they tell you the cost before checkout unless you explicitly ask. When talking to the clerk (appeared to be the owner) about options, he was condescending. It is well worth your time to find a different UPS Store and go there.
Absolutely terrible location. I came in the store at 3:45 to ship a package and the workers obviously were not supposed to be closing the store down because they questioned me on why I did not have a label for my wrangler return. I read my receipt again as I did the night before and informed them wrangler leaves return shipping to the responsibility of the customer. I couldnt figure out why they were acting so strange vs allowing me to purchase a label and come to find out they had already closed the store down even though they are not supposed to close until 4pm. 2 other customers came in at the same time with the same issue. They were hoping I had a label so that they would not be exposed for having had closed the store prior to the end of the store work day. When I asked for their management information Dominick made a comment about being able to refuse service to who ever they chose. There was also a worker named Kosta there but appeared not to want to make eye contact. This was obviously a time they were hoping to not get any more customers. I will definitely be calling the home office to complain on Monday.

Rude and races is an older age gentleman with glasses who refuse to give his name . He trow my boxes on the flor after being disrespectful he did not tape my boxes there were open 😢I call the 1800 number and no one answer

I will not be going back to this store. He was in a hurry and was rushing me, grabbing my form before I was even done filling it out. When his co worker was done helping another customer he said. I beat you. He didnt even ask me how to send it. He sent it overnight which was the most expensive. When I asked him why he lied and said that was the only rate they had was overnight.

Dropped packages off 2 packages, too late to ship, they said they would call me with the price. They ended up charging me $67 for 2 packages. UNTRUSTWORTHY!
