I am grateful for my doctor. He listens and always helps me gain a better perspective on issues that are difficult. I am fortunate to get the help I need!

When I called because I needed a refill they told me I was non-compliant and that I had an outstanding bill. I explained what was happening and said this could be heading towards a crisis because it is dangerous for patients to just stop taking their meds, it can lead to a relapse and is dangerous.I also said I was willing to pay towards the bill.Having the insight to anticipate a crisis and taking steps to prevent relapse is a huge step in recovery but I was told they didnt have an appointment and I had to pay the bill in full first before anything.Their money is obviously more important than a patients safety, health and progress. Many other clinics work with you, go somewhere else that actually has your best interests in mind. Receptionists are incredibly rude.

I just had my first session with Dr. Safdar and I am so impressed. The office staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Safdar listened to everything I had to say and all of my concerns. He was very genuine and wanted my input and asked what I wanted to do about my medications which, as I have found, is very rare in doctors. He was also very kind and sympathetic and understanding. He also seemed very knowledgeable as well. I am very excited to continue working with him. I would definitely recommend CCS. :)

I would highly recommend CCS for your mental health needs. I’ve been working with Jessica for months and feel comfortable speaking openly with her and trust her. If you are seeking help give them a call. Trust me I’ve had bad mental health providers. I thank goodness I found this place and Jessica.

Well. The appointment was done via video and I am very pleased with the service.

The experiences I have had with the Comprehensive Clinical Services have all been positive. Dr. Martinez is considerate, thoughtful, professional and an empathetic clinician. I would recommend Dr. Martinez to anyone needing his service. In addition, appointments are efficient and on time.

From scheduling to the first visit for my teenage daughter, it was a very smooth and professional process.

I previously thought that this was an outstanding place however I have been canceled at the last minute on my last three appointments with my therapist. I am taking my services elsewhere because I find this unprofessional and unethical and I understand things happen but this many times within three months is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone

I worked with therapist Kim who was very rude and unprofessional towards me during my appointments with her. She would often talk to family members during my time instead of actively listening to me. In my last appointment with her she ignored me by muting herself and leaving every ten minutes the entire appointment which was uncalled for.

The Doctor Safdar was good and very helpful. He had a great personality and the remote visual vist with him was the best I have ever had.

My friend had therapy with Eloisa Rosales, she left her session in tears after the therapist would basically ignore her while she would speak and her sentences even started with “i don’t want to sound rude but”. Not to mention it was her first therapy session after attempting to commit suicide and coming home from rehab. She came home feeling so good and after seeing her she took a step back. Do not recommend

The staff here are so kind and put patients first. Highly recommend Maria for your therapy needs.

Wonderful relationship with my provider, and staff is responsive and courteous

Dr. Safdar is wonderful! He is attentive, thorough, and seems genuinely interested in what I have to say. Everyone Ive dealt with at the office is professional and responsive. Plus the electronic interface they use right now is easy and feels secure.

Within 24 hours of getting a referral, had a visit with an awesome clinician. Would recommend to anyone trying to establish care. Are responsive and extremely good about scheduling

My Daughter saw Dr. Safdar for the first time today. We suspected ADHD and depression. I thought he was great with my 12 year old daughter. I would recommend if you need an evaluation for your child or even yourself.

Dr. Safdar has always been extremely compassionate and caring. He has helped me through some very difficult times in my life, always making me feel that I will make it through. He has encouraged me to find a balance in my life and supported me in all my decisions. His advice is always perfect.

Dr. Martinez and Nurse Practitioner Jessica Lepe are very attentive and provide great clinical suggestions as well as recommendations to continue to stay focus and succeed with goals.

Jessica Lepe is always kind and professional. It’s obvious that she cares about what is best for her patients. (:

It is a joy working with her.I met with Davena today, 2/5/21, via ZOOM because I had a sore throat & could not come into the office.It was a very enjoyable visit, as always, and I appreciated her time in arranging this ZOOM visit.I feel Davena is a friend besides being a wonderful Dr.Thank you, Davena 😊

Very good place to go to

My daughter was seeing Dr. Aamir Safdar at this location and I have never seen a more unprofessional doctor in my entire life. We were sharing a very personal issue she was having and he laughed in our face during our appointment. I voiced concern with the staff and they turned a blind eye. We found another doctor and never looked back. I am planning on reporting him to the medical board.

Maria puts her clients at ease and is very professional.

I am pleased with the experience. Dr. Martinez and his staff treated me with tender loving care. Dr. Martinez and staff portray an exceptional service and a welcoming environment. Grateful and thankful.

I Hope to get back to face to face soon. Dr. K is easy to talk to.

Still having some challenges with the telemedicine sessions. Once connected to my provider we get right down to business. Kestenberg is a good listener once we focus on the week’s past events. He always keeps treatment plan objectives in mind as we medications.

Maria was very knowledgeable and set up some realistic workable goals.

This was a horrible first experience trying to get care for my son. They called several times regarding a billing issue that I assured them was taken care of but they still refused to schedule another appointment for my son even though I explained he was in the middle of a crisis. Appointment availability is scarce, I waited a month for an appointment after billing issue was resolved just to have them call on the day of the appointment and say it had to be canceled because it was not scheduled with enough time. My poor son needs help and these people are playing games. Look elsewhere for care!!!!!

These folks are excellent providers in a growing firm with a long history of gentle, caring assistance to patients.

I have always felt that Dr.Khattak shows a real interest and concern on what is going on with me and has helped me tremendously !

Horrible experience the first person I was seeing would be an hour late to appointments and was extremely unprofessional. Yelling and complaining about the IT system. Then they switched me to a different NP without my knowledge/consent. The new NP would not prescribe the medication I hav been taking. Also, I had to cancel an appointment due to a medical emergency and they still charged me. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

This place is horrible. They are basically like Trump - they dont care about anyone but themselves. Hope they get closed down forever.

Dr. Bacon for some inexplicable reason completely changed my medication which had been working well for 6 years. Destroyed my mood for a couple weeks until I was able to find a doctor to revert her changes.

Incredibly rude staff from the front desk staff all the way up to the doctors.

I have been a patient for years. I ask a lot of questions and i have had to reschedule various appointments. The staff is always professional and understanding. I highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Safdar briefly last year. He seemed out of touch with humanity. Also the billing staff here are incredibly rude. I left after a few appointments.

Awful Care, Awful practice. It can always be tough but this staff is not good. Life was in danger because Dr. suddenly did not want to see me. They are either unaware/ignorant or still learning, as I have seen both Dr.s and N.Ps and have received poor care and have wasted money and my brain on trying numerous medications. I felt like a guinea pig here and untrusted for no unbiased reason. Please stay away for your own health and well being.

One of the worst offices Ive ever been to. Staff is rude, doctors are always behind. The staff cant answer any questions and get sassy when you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Dr. Kestenberg is no help whatsoever also. Any concern you have about side effects, are always brushed under the rug and are told that they are something you will have to live with. I dread going back.

Very good service, I felt very confident; quickly they called me. I loved it and the best that I can speak in my Spanish language. I recommend it 💯
