This is the WORSE staffing office Ive ever dealt with. The customer service is like going to a garage sale with no salesman. I tried reaching someone, I started calling at 3:35p after sending a fax, and didnt get an answer until 4:44p, and to make matters worse, the young lady was about to tell me she didnt get my fax, as Im looking at the fax conformation in my hand. I cant stand dealing with this place. Now I went into the office over a month ago, to submit a change of address, just to have one faxed to me after I was told the last month that they couldnt fax it to me (confusing). Oh well, so Im looking for my W-2, never received it, but then Im told to put in a change of address and to fill out a W-2 request form. This is by far the worse customer service, Ive ever received in my 41 years of being a consumer.

Possibly the worst place Ive seen for customer service, Ive had better service at fast food restaurants than Ive had when coming here. No one is ever there, when they are they are rude, disrespectful, and extremely unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, much less come here again. Whatever you do, dont go there; its bound to be horrible.

This place seems like they just your info like social and id and all that and never give you work every other agency gives work this one never has its been like a year almost but when you are new they lie to you saying they have all kinds of work
