Purchased my recent phone from The Wireless Circle and its been great so far. The phone works well with all the items included. The only small thing that I am a bit concerned about is the battery life. It seems as if my phone battery doesnt last as long as I thought. Otherwise, the phone came new and I have no complaints. Pretty excited and another thing - the price could not be beat anywhere else!

Faulty charger caused damage to battery, have to change the battery myself because somehow that is my fault. Paid 450$ for a new phone that has been nothing but a nuisance. Warranty lasts till it gets to your door so I advise you go elsewhere.

Beware! This company will absolutely NOT stand behind their products. I purchased an I phone from this company and 90 days later it stopped working without any kind of incident of accidental drops or water damage. It’s in perfect physical condition But will No longer function properly and is now unusable. Company states after 30 days they are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PHONE AND ITS 100% up to me to get it fixed. Warning DO NOT USE THIS WALMART 3rd party vendor. IMEI is clean and phone activated immediately upon inserting SIM card. S/N is valid when registering phone with manufacturer. Extended factory warranty registration got approved within a few hours after submitting copy of receipt for sales channel validation.Only wished the description on the website was clearer that this merchant is a authorized dealer for specific manufacturer so I didnt have to worry about the mixed reviews posted by others.

Great phone at the best price I could find anywhere. It shipped quickly. It arrived on time. It was brand new which was a concern as I had seen many other sellers reportedly selling refurbished phones as new. BUYER BEWARE!!!They are selling phones for new and to find out they dont even know anything about them as they are buying them a different vendor in bulk, so you as a purchaser can be getting a reconditioned, display model, returns or a used phone!! After I purchased a new phone and received it you can tell by the look of the box it had been opened repeatedly, the phone didnt have a protective coating/cover on the screen, the sim tool/key was laying on top of the screen and not secured in the box or in a package to prevent it from doing any damage. I will not be doing business with them ever again! In my opinion its fraud when they put pics of a new phone and selling a totally different phone!!

Terrible 3rd party to Walmart. Dont ever order any electronics from this place. They will charge you an arm and a leg just to return it and will make you pay for shipping on top if it to try and make extra profit on their crappy phones. Terrible customer service..just stay away

The Wireless Circle sells phones with invalid IMEI #s that cant be registered... When you tell them of the problem their solution is to buy another phone from NewEgg.

I ordered a watch through this company. They took my money and never delivered my watch. The tracking number they gave me shows that the post office has never received their package. This is corrupt e-commerce and I will be forwarding this information to the FTC.
