I have Dexter washers and dryers I usually service myself, and this place is my go-to vendor to buy parts at reasonable prices.I always call instead of ordering online because some parts I need have to be special ordered, which may take a little longer to get. If you order parts they have on hand and need to special order parts as well, you can ask to ship what they have and send out the special ordered parts once they get it, but I usually ask to have it all sent out at once.The sales rep I always speak with is very informative and helpful to find a solution if there were any issues, which is extremely rare. Keep on keepin on my dudes!

Have dealt with them for years with no issues. BUT !! my last purchase was not a good experience and as a result I will never do business with them again. I usually deal with Stan for my Laundromat needs however I dealt with a Rick or Rich this time and had to send back an upgrade kit because it was not the correct kit as requested. I then ordered a water vale instead of the whole kit and he sent me 2 of them instead of one as requested? End result is an extra out of pocked expense for all the shipping and this moron telling me its my fault for ordering 2 instead of one?? Im certain I didnt order 2 (I only have 1 machine that uses them and I dont keep 90.00 parts I need once every 4 years on my shelf. As a result of this issue Ive found a better, less expensive source that I will now use.Thank You
