This place was quick, convenient, and very reasonably priced. I dropped my stuff off around 6 PM Tuesday and they said it would be ready the next day. I was very impressed with the quality of cleaning and the speed in which it was done.

Very poor service. They mishandled my new $500 Burberry shirt and did not offer to reimburse payment for their faulty service. The owner Judy and her manager “Benny” should learn proper service especially to high end clients who repeatedly give business and would have given future business. I advise future prospects to seek one of the other billion dry cleaners to handle ones clothes IF they desire to receive their clothes back in the same condition as given.

I would like to say how disappointed I was this time I took in 3 pieces to have cleaned and one to have a small hole sewed. When I came the next day my pants were sewn, but not cleaned. The clerk spent 1/2 hour looking for them and couldn’t find. Finally he found them in a dirty bin, and said we can have them done tomorrow. No I can’t -I was leaving town the next day. Unacceptable. Over paid for the stitching and they have raised their cleaning prices double. Not such an amazing job there anymore. I will look fir a new place to go. There’s lots of cleaners that do an amazing job and costs less. My shirt still had a tiny stain as well. Just very disappointing.

I would like if they had a heavier starch capability on shirts because I have my shirts done with heavy starch and I feel its not enough for me.

There was nothing wrong with the service. I have been to this and other CD one price cleaners. The service is quick and cheap. There are someItems I think they clean better than others. I took a rug to get cleaned and it came back worse than when I took it in, so I now know never to take a rug there to have cleaned. My only pet peeve about my recent visit is the employee was a little annoying about pre-paying. They ask if u want to pre-pay but he made it seem like you HAVE to pre-pay and I hardly ever pre-pay, so I didn’t appreciate that.

Every time I go into this business it’s a different price. The quality of their Dry Cleaners is inconsistent also .I recently had pants return with work schedules I forgot to remove, sleeves still button up …TIME TO FIND A NEW DRY CLEANERSDEFINITELY NOTICE THE INCONSISTENCY.

I have used One Price since its inception because of their extraordinary price and one day service. The low price was the primary reason for using the service. They drove their competitors out of business and stealthily increased their prices until now their prices are higher or the highest in the cleaning/laundry business. It’s the same business model Wal-Mart used to destroy the “Mom and Pop” stores of yesteryear.

Staff at Lombard location is incompetent don’t listen to customers. They charged me for extra garment twice. When I encountered she gave me store credit. Second time last week they charged me for two extra garments and I got refund but once again no regret. I requested them for heavy starch on my cotton paints but no starch just the laundry. I am very disappointed with the service

Brought in six new sweaters that had never been worn.They where wrinkled from being in packaging.I asked that they be pressed only to remove the wrinkles.However when I received them back from one price cleaners they where more wrinkled then when I dropped them off and three of the sweaters had light colored stains on front and back.The stains would not brush out.When I called one price cleaners to explain and ask for refund I was told by the manager that it was not their policy to refund but if I brought the sweaters back they would redo them.I said, no thanks I did not want to risk having them do permanent damage to my new sweaters.eventually after I persisted the manager said, she would refund my money but only after I brought the sweaters back so she could see them.It was only $20 dollars and its not at all convenient to drive back so they can keep my $20 but I would never go there again.[BTW staff was nice and manager was professional but unfortunately she was bond by the store polices]update : They contacted me and I am happy with the effort and results so I changed to 4 stars.

The coat was allegedly dry cleaned, but I got it back the same way that I brought it in...dirty & linty. The only difference is that they put the coat and the belt on hangers and in a plastic coat cover. I was extremely disappointed. I took the coat home and cleaned/removed lint myself.

I had 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed. The one pair were blue jeans and they turned out ok but the other pair were dress slacks and whoever hemmed them did a terrible job. You could see every stitch. They look awful I wont be taking anything to be altered to this place again

Whenever there are mentioned stains and they get marked, but everytime I received my clothes back, it always has the stain. They need to use professional products n get rid of the stain.

Very friendly & high quality customer service. They were able to return a small load of laundry dropped off before 8 AM by noon. Very grateful for that service while traveling.However everything was returned wrapped in plastic. Terrible for the earth, total waste, if I had known I would have requested no plastic wrap. Don’t go here if you’re bothered by excessive plastic wrap use.

I have to say that this location has impressed me. There staff was so friendly, I know it sounds odd but I was not excepting such friendliness. I would give more Stars but there are few issues, one they have their clocks set 12 minutes ahead so get there early. Weekends the staff is light need more help. Prices are going up lately ? 4 shirts 7 dollars?

I have been a customer of CD One Price Cleaners for several years. I loved them until today and now they have lost a customer for life. I wear a suit every week day and have for many years. The convenience of same day service and great prices is what attracted me to CD One Price and kept me as a customer. I go there once a week and picked up my dry cleaning yesterday. When I went to put on a shirt this morning, it was heavily starched. I never starch my shirts. I verified my receipt said Starch: None. I stopped by the Lombard location this morning to get a refund and my shirts cleaned again. They offered to clean my shirts or a refund but not both. No consideration of my time in having to make a second trip to drop off in the same week and a separate trip to pick up in the same week. Then she even said she would have to examine the shirts to make sure they were actually starched. I have been wearing dress shirts for over 10 years; I think I can tell the difference. I told her that if she wouldnt assist me that they would lose a customer. She said she could not give me both requests. I told her that they would then lose a customer that spends about $130 a month over $5 in shirts. She didnt respond and I walked out. It wasnt as though I brought in a stained shirt and they couldnt clean it. They starched a shirt that was not supposed to be starched. The blame is all on them.

Brought in a few shirts to be pressed for an out of state wedding. The shirt I choose to bring I am now finding the left cuff is entirely ripped apart and in shreds. Guess I will not be wearing a suit and tie for my friends wedding.

If the weird stains on my shirts was not bad enough, we found someone elses laundry mixed in with ours, pretty gross. I cant speak for the dry cleaning, but I would not recommend their laundry service to anyone.

It was destroyed, verry upset I have to run around to buy a new coat for a funeral today and a wedding on Saturday.Arhhhhhh!!!!!I was told the age of the garment is what happened it could not withstand the processes.Then why attempt to clean it ?Franchise owner was rude on phone and had an answer for evreything.Did not offer to help in anyway, basically it was my problem not hers. She did not even offer my money backPoor customer service.As a now former customer I would advise new customers to ask what happens if they destroy the itemThe owners called me today 12/14/2017 to offer restitution which I accepted.My understanding is that cooler heads prevailed the next daySometimes we are just not meant to do buisness together these things happen.I only wish them the well.The cosutomer is always right is something that need to come back to buisness everyday.Unfortunately people take advantage of that and ruin it for honest peopleThis.
