We are a small company with 50 employees and we have been using Aqueity to manage our computer systems for about 7 years now. They are extremely responsive and resolve our issues quickly and their technicians are very friendly and easy to talk to. Over the years they have brought some great suggestions to us to improve our business procedures – some of which we’ve taken and others we haven’t. Overall they are really a partner in our business!

Stay away from this company. They were contracted to maintain our IT system for 6 months, and repeatedly failed to fulfill their obligations. They deployed a phone system that did not work, and were unable to meet the service levels spelled out in our contract. They failed to maintain an antivirus system on our network, causing a substantial financial loss. Dan Dunn is unwilling to return phone calls or take any responsibility for this company’s failure to meet their contractual obligations. Their response was to allow us to cancel our contract, after we spent a substantial amount or money onboarding this company. There are a lot of more capable IT companies, and i suggest you find one to work with your organization.
