I have had nothing but great service from Dave! In the 2 months Ive been at my Downers Grove store, he has been my technician & has been able to answer all my questions! He has also explained every issue I had with certain equipment & what I can do to prevent it from happening again. I have had General Parts technicians come out at other locations Ive worked at over the years & none of them have given me the customer service or patience that Dave has given me! Yall have a great employee working for you!

Ive only received service from technicians with the knowledge that allows you to be up and running quick. We all know how expensive HVAC hourly can be, and having someone who can arrive and knock out the problem quickly and accurately is huge. Definitely worth it!

General parts was fast and professional. My Vulcan oven is fixed and working perfectly. Mike was courteous and competent. We will be using GP for all our hot side and refrigeration from now on.
