The worst customer service ever, Tom was rude, unprofessional, kept saying package never arrived when it clearly marked delivered. Unorganized and love wasting everybody’s time by having them come the second time because he finally find the package that he purposely misplaced. I don’t recommend anyone getting the mailbox service.

I dont recommend this place to anyone I had the worst customer service experience in my life with Tom hes very rude unprofessional disrespectful, bad attitude he did very bad job laminating some pictures and charging double the price of the sign that was hanging in the store. He didnt want to give me a receipt, he treated me bad in front of some customers

Do not use this service. TOM IS RUDE AND UNORGANIZED. HE HAS NO MANNERS. HIS PLACE IS DUSTY. I WOULD NEVER TRUST MY PACKAGES TO THIS PLACE. ZERO IF I could.

It seems completely unorganized with random merchandise everywhere. I saw a copy of someones drivers license just laying around. I dont think I would trust anything important here.

Typically mail choice is a quick and easy place to drop off packages. Sometimes the guy there gives me a hard time about something or another but I cant really complain because hes just being thorough.

I became a customer of this location at 25612 Barton Rd Loma Linda, CA 92354 through anytimemailbox.com. I signed up online..had to do a notary online and then they assigned me to this storefront, Mail Choice. I am updating this review because the in store Manager Tom lost Mail Choice this account with anytimemailbox.com, due to his extremely rude and unprofessional disposition towards multiple clients. On top of that this place has garbage piles of mail thrown and piled on the tables, which is why my mail was lost more than one time. So if you have valuable items being sent there like I did then please BEWARE.. I no longer am a patron with them and I hope justice will be served to this company since they are not properly taking care of peoples possessions..My previous review below:I am leaving a review about the experience I just had with this company Mail Choice..the front desk person Tom was incredibly rude to me and acts as if I am a bother for having six packages sent there..I walk in and say hi he says hi, but only that and stands in front of me on his computer for about ten minutes and never once addresses me to say he would be getting with me..I was the only person in the store..so I finally asked after patiently waiting were the computers down and he snaps at me and says hold on Im doing something, you have six packages and your going to have to wait. I informed him it was no reason to be snappy with me and that I never said anything about rushing him and that I was just asking if the system was down because he was acting as if he was having some sort of problem with the computer. Mind you I was extremely polite anyways. I let him know that there was no need for him to get such a nasty attitude with me and that I have no problem taking my business elsewhere if there was going to be an issue with me getting multiple packages there..he said, well your only paying $9.99 anyways so it didnt matter, then he proceeded to justify his attitude with me is because ai was reaching the limit of packages blah blah blah. Well what a horrible experience and I dont even trust my packages being sent to people that are receiving my mail with these horrible unprofessional attitudes. Instead of him being polite maybe he could of upsold me a different package but instead he wants to be an asshole and basically tell me my patronage doesnt matter because Im only paying $9.99. I swear people like him need to be exterminated from the Customer Service Industry because they lose their companies big money over time from customers like me that leave reviews and leave business that dont treat them with respect. Came here for Livescan yesterday. Without being informed of their pricing and payment policy, the employee Tom proceeded with filling out my form and inputting my information into the Livescan software on their laptop. After finalizing his task, Tom tells me the total is going to be about $72 and $49 of that having to be in cash only. I told him I dont have cash. He said I guess the government doesnt want to be paid in credit card. Told him I have a debit card. He said most people go to Stater Bros next door and just pull out the $49 in cash and pay the rest in card. I asked why was I not informed of this prior such as online prior to coming. He said it should be (online). I told him I cant do that and will have to go elsewhere. He replied with well most people just go to Stater Bros and get the money. You can just do that. I took my form and left which I printed from my own printer at home. And, no, Tom I dont qualify under the category of most people. You shouldve just been upfront from the get-go about your policies not after you finish taking my personal information.Plus, I dont even see they even have a website online. Regardless of the policy, Im not going to go to Stater Bros to buy something so I can pull out cash. And, Im not going to the bank thats inside Stater Bros because I have a checking account with a credit union - anyone other than a credit union will charge me to pull out MY money from them. The point of me trying to get Livescan is so I can get a license I need for a new job because money is tight.First time here and plan on NEVER returning. Ended up getting my Livescan done at another postal office in Redlands where the service was quick, honest (and from the get go), cheaper ($69), and took ONE method of payment.

Open late always every day, never on time, and they close gate early 5:45pm. Management has bad attitude about staying atfer hours, asked to stay finish project, got bugged to finish every minute. Finally left with unfinished.There very unfriendly to students
