I called a couple of weeks ago about getting the screen on my Tab A fixed. They asked for the model number, I heard the guy type it into the computer. He said they would have to order the part and it would cost 140. I was just able to get there today. The guy that was working at 3:30 today clearly doesnt want to help or work. He kept saying over and over nobody talked to him about a Tab A and that I didnt call, as if he is the only employee that works there. He wouldnt even look up the model number and kept saying you can replace it cheaper than fixing. Sir, I paid 220.00 for this tablet, and you can fix it for 140 if you would look up the model number. I will use someone else.

I went to this location, because several people I know stated that they were the best in town. Come to find out the were! I had to visit them because my phone got completely demolished from my kids playing with it; (dropping it of course)! Needless to say, they were completely thorough and effecient. They told me when and what time my replacement would be in. They fully refurbished a demolished phone and Im truly thankful for the service. I FIX SCREENS deserves 100 stars in my book. THANKS

Anthony is one awesome guy. I absolutely crushed my screen on 3-4-21. I was certain it was done. My phone had three smashed places on it. I was going to Verizon to get a new phone and a friend told me to try I fix screens first. $89 later I have my phone back. You can even wait while Anthony fixes your phone. I walked in and they were able to fix my iPhone screen in 15 minutes. Looks brand new!

At first, I thought this had been a good experience. It was fast and convenient. However, after I left I realized that I had not been given an actual Apple screen, but an off brand. I spent months with it malfunctioning. Recently, I dropped my phone again and took it for repair to Geek Squad to get a real Apple screen. They informed me that iFixscreens hadnt put all my screws back in my phone and did not replace the adhesive. He had told me it wouldnt be water proof anymore, but he didnt tell me that it was because he didnt do a complete fix. It was the same price as an actual Apple repair for less results.

Ive had 2 phones fixed here. You wont find a faster and friendlier telephone mechanic out there!!!! I wont be going anywhere else for this. Hes Awesome and the prices are the best around! Thanks for being a part of the Loganville community!

I got my iPhone XR screen replaced last week and it glitches, opens random apps, when I am texting it’ll type random words close apps. I called and talked to Jeremy and he said there is nothing they can do about it that they will not do the warranty work because it has a small crack on it from my keys. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They would be good for quick fix to get rid of your phone but nothing more, they do not care about customer satisfaction and the work is sloppy

I came in today to remove water from my iPhone X cameras. The entire process was very quick and I was kept updated throughout the entire process.

The screen lighting and color is terrible quality. For $130 spend you money on an Apple certified repair. The replacement kits they use are cheap. Then you’re stuck with it. What are you supposed to do ask them to put your old cracked screen on? Don’t go here.

Brought in phone to repair screen. Thought it was repaired fine, the next morning when I saw my phone at an angle the new screen was cracked, but was not visible from straight on. On July 23, 2020, I took my iPhone XR and my daughters iPhone XR to get it repaired. So far (knock on wood) mine has worked fine. However, the microphone on my daughters phone no longer works and the brand new back glass is already cracked around the camera. She took it back today and as he tried to remove the phone from its case, he pushed the camera, cracking the back glass, with no offer to fix/replace.He denied any culpability with the microphone issue stating he never touched it. However, as it is located right next to the charging port (and the fact he pushed the phone out of the case by pushing the camera), it is clear he is not careful and did mess up the microphone. Additionally, the camera is now cracked. He stated it was that way when she brought it in. This is completely false - we looked over our phones before going in so we knew what needed repair and what didnt. The camera was NOT cracked.I had used another location of ifixscreens in the past and was determined not to go back for similar lack of concern issues. I let my daughter talk me into going to this one, because it was cheaper than other places. I guess you get what you pay for.Needless to say, I will NEVER!!!!!!! go to ifixscreens - any location - ever again.Buyer Beware!

Ill never go back to this store. I bought the front and back screen for my Samsung s8+. Also asked for the best case they had... turns out, the case hits the screen causing dead pixels. I asked three times to see if they would work with me on a resolution. Guy in the store in loganville just blamed me said he would text the owner. I never got a call from anyone. Went back up there and even called back...nothing. these screens are extremely cheap. Never had dead pixels on my original and I ran over it with a trailer. The one from ifix screens cant even handle a phone case... buyer beware!!! I spent $350 and screen is still junk. You may think its a deal but if you ever have a warranty issue, its out of sight...soon as your out of sight, warranty is over. Do not purchase from these unethical folks. I tried looking them up on better business bureau but they are not rated... that should tell you something. There are to many other places to go than this store. Also, the one in snellville owned by same folks so same business model and lies.

They did fix my iPad screen BUT he gave it back with a lot more problems.- The screen keeps rising on the sides- my home button is messed up and barely working (when he gave it back he told me I was going to have to get it replaced but it was working fine when I gave it to him)- my iPad cuts off every few minutes with different battery percentages coming up (wth)This is a brand new iPad and now it barely functions so now I have to pay extra to send it to apple like I should’ve done in the first place.

I took my tablet to fix the screen when I got it back it was explained to me that because it was an older model the screen did not sit down well but was assured that would not be an issue. I hardly use the tablet but when I picked it up to use it it looked like moisture got in one or two apps were not working and the screen looked like water was inside.I took back the tablet and was told its not moisture it was the LCD going bad... I stated it was working when I bought it in and was told it could have been AIR that got in. I reminded the Tech that my screen was not sitting solid and it was due to them. Then he told me thats not their problem.So I decided to write this review!!! Go to them at your own Risk... this was my Experience with them.. my Tablet is not working anymore

Omg! if my phone breaks again (hopefully not) i will be returning here ! Best Buy told me it would cost $160 to replace screen and i had to wait there for over an hour but then i came in here and Anthony worked on it for 10 minutes and had it working again!

You shouldn’t tell people your screens are “oem” when they are not. The color isn’t right, Face ID won’t work right anymore and I’m getting headaches from the lag that causes blurriness when scrolling. I’m not sure if Apple will even work on my phone now that I’ve put an aftermarket screen on it, but I’m going to have to try and pay again to get a real Apple replacement. If you want an inferior replacement screen you can get one here for $20 cheaper than what Apple charges for a real one.My mistake going here. I won’t make that mistake again and will wait until I can travel to an Apple store. I’d rather have my cracked glass back.*edit* Since installing the new screen my phone is constantly trying to unlock in my pocket, resulting in me being locked out for too many attempts. This never once happened with the original screen. Also, Another thing they apparently choose not to tell you when you get one of their screens is that your waterproof phone will no longer be waterproof. Using ifixscreens is the worst phone decision I’ve made since I first began using iPhones 10 years ago.***edit in response to reply from owner***I did email through the website since there is little contact info available for anything other than the local stores. I received a call back from the same man that lied to me. I decided to go back to the store and speak face to face, but a different guy was there this time. I have a voicemail where I was offered a refund, yet his response was that he would try to see if he could get me a refund. I told him that I had already been offered a refund ( I have a voicemail to prove that) and he acted as though there was nothing he could do. The only thing worse than your screens is the customer service. A couple walked in to get new batteries in their phones while I was talking to the second gentlemen and when they heard the conversation that was happening they walked out and said they were going to go to best buy. It would be easy for any discerning person to see the interactions and know which party is the unreasonable one. They didnt like the carefree smirk and flippant attitude of the guy I was talking to. After that I received another call from a man claiming to be the owner of 45 stores. All he did was try to save face by trying to convince me that aftermarket actually could be OEM. Since Im not a big fan of being lied to and treated like an idiot, I ended up hanging up on him. He kept saying he wanted to resolve this, but upon being asked repeatedly what resolution he proposes, he never once offered one. Three phone calls later no resolution had been offered. Even after asking him to please stop calling me back, he continued to call. I told him that unless he had a resolution to propose, that we were wasting our time. Again, after asking him multiple times, he proposed NO resolution. Usually when I am unsatisfied with a service, I simply choose to do business somewhere else next time. However, the blatant lies, unethical practices and poor attitudes of your employees have prompted me to pursue further action. I had to go buy a new iPhone X to replace the one ruined as a result of your deceptive practices. That is not something Im just going to lay down and let you get away with.
