Tiwauna was AMAZING! I had been looking for a 10x20 climate controlled unit for weeks with no luck. I was looking at needing to rent 2 10x10 units which would have been a hassle. She was so helpful, taking the time to help me with my dilemma. Needless to say I walked out of there with the larger unit I really needed. One had just opened up and she helped me secure it. She was so friendly and patient. Excellent customer service!!!! I am so glad that I chose this location for my storage needs.

Tiwauna was very helpful and did a great job welcoming me to the cube smart family. Assisting me even through IT problems with the help of a great IT tech. I would recommend this storage facility due hers and Dakotas help. Along with the great deal I found on my climate controlled unit.

We have been storing our RV at this facility since it opened. While we previously had issues with communications and follow through, with the new management under the leadership of Tawana and Dakota that has significantly improved. The reason for the two stars is simply due to what I would call an exorbitant rate increase of 55%. We received a certified letter from the company stating we would need to remove our RV as they were resurfacing the drive. Corporate did a lousy job managing this as we were instructed to vacate by the end of July when in fact we only received the letter 7/7. I reached out numerous times to the district manager and was never able to reach him until significantly after this. No one could give us an estimate of the new cost and as such when we were notified that the resurfacing was complete and we could re-lease the spot, we jumped at the opportunity. The same size parking spot rate had increased from $85 per month to $155 per month. I did expect a rate increase but this is outrageous. There has been some confusion with the termination of the contract and as such I am only giving this business 2 stars. If they are able to rectify the problem, I will go back and amend my rating. In the meantime, we have found a location to park our Rv where the rate for the same size is $100. Cube Smart could do much better!!

CROOKS!!! Plain and simple. We are in the middle of a pandemic and these people up the rent by 30%. What horrible people, who does that? If I could give no starts, I would. Dont give them your business because they jack the rates up constantly in huge increments.

Great job by the manager of the Loganville location. Very friendly and full of answers for the questions I had. Facility was clean and neat. The online reservations works well and is easy to complete. The head office should get busy and make more drive in spots at this facility with the shortage of good long term storage in this area.

Quick and easy to get a storage the only reason they do not have five stars is I got a five-by-five room that should be 60 in by 60 in I made my measurements based on that. But its not its really more like four and a half foot by 4 and 1/2 foot

Do Not Use! The conditions of units inside nothing like the pictures of outside. Went to get item out my unit and nothing dust grime gravel all inside unit and ceiling molding and looking like might collapse at anytime and Was told by office I would have to file claim with my renters for my damaged items in the unit and foot the bill for cost to switch units to all salvage possessions I can still use. Oh and they painted over my lock and there is paint dust on microwave and took out.Pics to come of the mold.

The deal breaker for me was the 24/7 access to my storage unit. It was the one and only reason I signed on the dotted line and was happy as I could be. 3 weeks later I needed something out of my storage unit at 10:30 pm (25 minute drive) and couldnt enter the facility. I was told the next day that they were bought out by a different owner and now could only enter between 6am and 10pm. No notice, no email, no nothing.. I have a difficult time believing that this was not already in the works when I rented my unit 3 weeks prior. The 24/7 was a big deal for me and should be honored to renters prior to the take over.

Not at all impressed with the facility or the staff. The employee in the office was less than helpful. The numbering of the units are in no specific order. The carts are wobbly and the transition strip at the door, before the elevator, is abnormally high creating a huge liability for anyone moving items in or out.

Rented a storage unit for my mom here and arrived only to find that the unit was not unlocked as promised. We waited in the rain for over an hour for the manager to arrive with a key to our unit and by that time our things were just about ruined. The next week when we brought back the rest of her stuff, we unloaded everything only to discover that the elevator was broken. We had to put everything back on our truck, which caused us further expense. Needless to say, this place is not ran very well. I would definitely consider taking my business elsewhere..

Im extremely unhappy with CubeSmart! Got stuck in the elevator. We called three times for help (through the elevator phone) but they hung up on us the first two times and the third time the lady was unable to get the storage building info. Finally got a call informing us itd take over an hour to come get us; unacceptable! Thankfully my father-in-law lives nearby and was able to get us out by entering our codes from the outside. Its bad enough to get stuck, not get help and that there arent any stairs (for safety reasons) but the lack of care and intent to help your paying customers who are in need is disgusting! Ill most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and highly suggest everyone to do the same... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
