A technician showed up for my dryer not heating cleaned out the vent paid 265.00 —10 days later stop heating again can back tried to charge 245.00 for a heating element oh and yes charge a service call fee because according to them it was a different problem. I said it’s the same problem it will not heat. A few months later it stop spinning call them out one last time they did not replace any parts but charged $185.00. Now 93 days later today it’s not working again. This company is all about taking your money so do not I repeat DO not fall for the 5 starts rating they have probably used my money to pay for the fake reviews to be up top........horrible BBB will be notified and the customer service is just as bad...

GE refrigerator all of the sudden stopped cooling fridge section and freezer compartment.Dispatch experience with Mr. V was smooth. Call back from dispatch next morning after leaving message at 8 pm the day prior. Got scheduled 48h out.Technician, Boris, arrived on time. Very good communications ahead of arrival, but also all throughout the process. Performed thorough diagnostics. Discussed problem with me and confirmed pricing. He had parts on hand and performed the repair on the spot which was nice. He also thoroughly explained what he did and what to expect in the next hours. Problem fixed.Mr. V is not the cheapest, but my impression is that they are staffed with very well trained and reliable technicians. They also dont try to take you for a ride, so to speak, and up-sell you on things that are not pertinent. At the end of the day, I appreciate prompt service and issues fixed right the first time. So, there is certainly value in that. You get what you pay for. All in all, the job was performed well in a timely manner at a fair price.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.What would it take to be 5-star? - I would have liked a quicker call-back from dispatch and a technician out the next day (since I called at 8 pm, and their business hours are until 9 pm). Pricing seemed a little high, but not obscene.

We had a problem with our washing machine not finishing the wash cycle. We called Mr V to come out to find the problem and fix it. We had called them before about our ice maker and they corrected the problem. Boris was the tech who came then and he was very helpful and professional. This time he checked our washer and gave us several options on how to use it to improve its performance. We did that but it didn’t end up helping. The next business day we let him know and he did some research to give us options. Some of the parts had been discontinued, so repair wasn’t possible. We had to purchase a new washer.Boris was great. He was very thorough and trying to do the best for us. We have been very impressed with him and the company. We will certainly use them any time we have an appliance problem and recommend them to anyone having a similar issue.

I found this business on Google and after reading the reviews decided to give them a try. My grandmother needed repair on her icemaker so I told her about this company. These people are a complete rip off. They had no problem quoting her over $600.00 in repairs. They told her that she had to pay half up front to order a part. They ordered the part that took over a month to come in. During this time, no one communicated with us. It was a circle everytime we called. The part eventually came in, and they came out to install. My grandmother was told that she had a 90 day warranty on the part. Fast forward 90 days, the part stopped working. The same problem reoccured. We reached out to the company to let them know what was going on. They basically said that she only had a 30 day warranty and would have to pay them to come back out. My grandmother is 80 years old and on a fixed income. God does not like when you take advantage of people especially the elderly. I am reporting this to the BBB. I hope everyone sees this review and know how you prey on the elderly.

Paid deposit and waited a month without hearing a thing. I finally call today and learn that my part has been in for over two weeks. The technician got behind and had to deal with a personal situation. All of this with no phone call. DO NOT USE.

We had a large fridge which had been in storage for 10 years. We wanted to make sure it was worthy of being utilized again after a long gap. Alex was the repairman. Professional, friendly, on-time and wore protective shoe covers. He looked over the unit and checked it noting that there were no problems with it. He also helped put in the handles which had been removed. Charged $39.95 as advertised. Preventive maintenance on the unit would have been $195 but it was not warranted at this time. I was satisfied with the service provided.

David and Tony did a great job installing a waterline and hooking up my new dishwasher. They were late but called ahead of time to let me know and make sure I would still be available. David was polite and communicated clearly. The installation was done quickly with no issues. They even hauled my old dishwasher to my buildings dumpster without charging extra. It was much cheaper than a quote I got from another company. I will definitely use Mr.V in the future.

Would have gotten 4 or 5 stars but I had to call too many times to recieve updates. They told me a part would be ready possibly by Monday. I had to call Tuesday to find out part wasnt there. Part delivery was confirmed for Thursday and was suppose to be installed that day or friday. I called the following Monday because I had not received a call about it. Got it scheduled and they came and did a great job Tuesday. The service was great but the communication was lacking.

Andrey replaced a defective Whirlpool fridge defrost control board for me a year ago and today, my other Whirlpool fridge needed the same. I made an appointment with Mr. V for a refrigerator repair. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and I was told I would be notified 30 min before the repair technician would arrive. At 4:40 pm on the day of my appointment, I still had not heard from anyone and started to worry that no one was going to show up. I called the office number, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail. At 5:15 pm when I had neither heard from the technician nor had my call returned, I called the office again. For a second time, no one answered, so I left another voicemail asking to just cancel my appointment as I suspected no one was coming. It wasnt until 6:30 pm that my call was finally returned, and the woman on the other end was extremely curt. There was no apology for missing the appointment or offer to send someone else out, so I confirmed my intent to cancel. Its frustrating to take time off of work to to wait for a technician who never shows or contacts you to let you know he/she is running late, and for the company to offer no apologies or respect for your time. If that experience sounds fine to you, then I would highly recommend Mr. V. I ended up making a new appointment with Appliance Repair Atlanta, who routed me to a technician in my area. My experience with them was great, and the technician was prompt to arrive (in the early half of the appointment window and with the promised 30 min notice), friendly, and fixed my broken fridge in no time!

I highly recommend this company. The were a complete pleasure to work with from the first time that we called to the very end of the job. When we first called, they came out within 2 days. The gentleman was completely professional, polite and respectful. The part had to be ordered and was on backorder and as soon as the part arrived they came out the next day. They were wonderful enough were they were able to work within the time frame that I had because I had to pick up my daughters at school. Prior to him leaving, he made sure that the oven was working, put it back in its place and left no mess behind. It truly was a please working with this company and I have even added them onto my contacts so if I need help again or someone I know needs help, I will be more than happy to recommend them or call them again.

Just called to ask if I could speak with a technician about the water line to my ice maker freezing up. Becky said thats not how we work. She would not let me speak to anyone. I would have to pay to find out if these guys know what causes a water line to freeze. Well, I already paid another company $120 to try and fix the problem. I dont want to do it again and I definitely wont be doing business with anyone that wont even talk to me without charging me!

Great first experience with Mr. V and with Max, the technician who came out. Got an appointment for the day after I called. Max did contact me when he was 30 minutes away as promised. He was friendly but very efficient, taking time to diagnose and explain my problem and my options. He fixed my range vent the same day and left everything very clean. I have had a positive experience with Mr V twice in the past, so I called them to repair my refrigerator. The technician came as planned. I was at the hospital with a family member, so he called me to discuss charges, etc. He went on and on about how much this would normally cost, then cited how much of a discount he was giving me. I had a difficult time understanding what he was saying, but just wanted the fridge fixed so I okayed the work and he charged me $400. I called the office later to request an itemized receipt. They said they would provide. The technician called later and asked how my service had been. I recognized his number so I advised that I was still waiting for an itemized receipt. He said he would send... Never heard from him again. I will not use this service again.

When I opened the door on my fridge, last Thursday morning, and it was rooms temperature, I called Mr. V Appliance Repair. Becky was very professional on the phone and said she could have someone here between 4 and 7 that same day and they would call me a half hour before they get here. I gave her the go ahead and David called when he was a half hour away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and began looking for the problem. He said it needed a new evaporator and he needed to fill it with freon, as it had all leaked out. He checked stock and the part was available so he said he would be back the next day between 4 and 7 to finish the job. Again, he called and arrived on time. He completed the job in a timely manner, put the fridge back and cleaned up the area. I was very satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Service tech was helpful but not knowledgeable. Door latch housing was cracked at door interface. Tech was able to help me open the door and then gave me a quote for $285 for the part. Googled the part and found it new on Amazon for $17. With door open you can easily replace yourself. A 15x multiplier for a part is inane. I questioned the price of the part because that is a small piece of the washer relative to total and the original purchase price. Well worth the $60 to get the door open

I called Mr. V Appliance because my refrigerator was not getting as cold as it should and my freezer was not freezing my food. When the repairman, Alex I believe is his name, came out, he checked the compressor and the fan and stated nothing was wrong. He said I needed freon, which would cost me $182. He also said he couldnt guarantee that it would fix the problem, although when I called, I was assured that for $39.95 I would know exactly what is wrong with my appliance. Might I add, he was a man of very few words. Trusting that he was certain that there were no other problems with the refrigerator, I paid him $182....for nothing because it didnt fix a thing. Today, I had another company come out, and without exaggeration, this man came in & within 3 minutes he found the problem. A filter! I am highly upset because I went with this company based on the reviews. Never, ever again!

Have had them out to a small business 4 times in the past 6 months. One time was a no show, another time it took a week longer to get the part replaced, and now two no-shows/no calls.they didnt even prioritize my appt on their reschedule, they asked for a 3rd reschedule when I called about nobody showing up a 2nd time. Time to look for a new option sorry to say.

I was impressed with the prompt response and the ability to come out on the same day; however, the technician did not resolve my issue. My washer continued to make the same noise as it did before within the same hour of service. I called the office and informed them of the issue. Ice maker was freezing up they said $ 60 to look at it. Repairman came out and put new water solenoid which wasnt leaking and said if that dont work I would need a new ice maker. Then charged me $320+ and the next morning it was froze again. I called owner and left massage, he never returned call. Terrible way to do business.

Alex was the technician sent from Mr.Vs appliance to diagnose my Samsung washer. He was very punctual and professional. After three months of not knowing what was wrong with our washer, Alex found the problem within 15 min. He explained clearly what needed to be done, and the cost associated with the repairs. My repairs where not cheap, but it was worth knowing for sure what was wrong my machine, and getting it fixed right the first time. I had my doubts due to past inexperienced appliance repair jobs before, but at Mr.Vs they have the experience with a variety of appliances, and know what their doing.

I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday morning for Whirlpool refrigerator repair. Our unit kept freezing up where no air would flow from the freezer to the refrigerator. Vasyl called me tonight (Tuesday) and offered to come out at 6:30 pm so I did not have to wait two days.He was very professional and polite. Found the problem quickly (defrost thermostat and coils needing cleaning) and fixed the problem quickly. The entire visit took about one hour.Great service. We emailed Mr. V Appliance late Wednesday night. He responded within minutes and had a tech at our home the next day. The tech completed the work and we wrote a check. Unfortunately, the washer stopped working again shortly later (result of the machine, not the tech). I called Mr. V the next morning explaining the situation and he had a refund check to us within a week. Very polite, very professional, and very courteous. Would use them again due to the customer service that was provided!

I want to thank you for helping me with my oven and the repair cost. I am 72 years old. a lady on the Cumming yard sale named Tilley swore up and down oven worked so I bought it. When hooked up, it did not work. My car my phone my health all went in one day to top it all off. I was informed medicine would cost me $1500 a month on top of more than $5000 a yr I pay in insurance. So when I called for service i was really bumbed because i cant get med and no one will loan me money now. When he told me cost it was all i could do to listen and i just poured it all outBless this man, he did not leave. He worked on price and he fixed it: did not charge me fortune, did not yell back at me and just had it done so quickly! I cannot recommend MAX enough. I just hope the future holds everything great for your company and him!

Max is knowledgable and comes on time. Where another company was unable to fix the problem, he was able to. When I had a further issue, they promptly came out and fixed a problem undetected previous.

Alexy, our technician, was very pleasant and professional. He let us know exactly what he found, and he was very thorough. I was present most of the time he was working on our dishwasher and icemaker. Though the cost for these repairs is never cheap, the 90 day warranty is the best Ive heard of for this kind of work, and everything worked immediately once he was finished. He gave me advice for how to care for the dishwasher after he was through, and he gave me his card as soon as he walked in the door. Very impressed, overall.

After numourous calls and trips buy other companies which failed to resolve the problem I was having with a dryer vent, I got lucky on a Google search and found Mr. V. They came out the next day, gave a solid and reasonable estimate. Since materials had to be obtained, they returned the next day as scheduled to complete the job. Andrew was right on time. Diagnosed the problem with our dryer in fifteen minutes and determined that a vent pipe blockage which was nearly in accessible inside finished ceiling was the cause of the failure. He cleared it through curling vent in basement and outside. Happy with the work and reasonable price.

They charge a significant fee to come out and diagnose the problem, which is taken off tge price IF you have them fix it. Fair enough, but when you already know the faulty part and ask for an estimate in advance, they refuse.My fridge needed a small part, the tech told me the price for parts and labor but it was very high. I asked if I could think about it and call back tomorrow but he refused and told me I had to decide right now.High pressure sales tactics.Im sure they make lots of money whether people order or not due to the high call out fee.

Arrived on time, affordable repairs, checked to make sure everything was working before leaving, very nice, highly recommend for any emergency appliance repairs.

Was charged $675 and in 4 months time I was having the same problem as before. I called and spoke to 2 different people there. One was the technician who came to do the repair.I was told by both it was past the 90 day warranty and that for another $60 they would come check it out again. When I asked what was repaired the first time the technician couldnt tell me and on my receipt it only stated charge and repair no specific thing that was repaired. So this time I called another company to look at my refrigerator and was told that yes the Freon had leaked out of the system through a leak in the coil. I was told that most likely the first technician knew this and also knew it would take more than the 90 days to leak out. Not happy with Mr. V Appliance repair!

Called Mr. V Appliance to fix problem with lint screen fitting into dryer. Vadim, the technician, arrived promptly, after first calling to let me know that he was on the way. Upon assessing the dryer, he saw that there was an issue with lint build up within the unit. He explained what he could do to remedy the problem, and the expected cost for each solution. Vadim disassembled the dryer and performed a full maintenance on the dryer in order to free the unit of lint, oil critical parts, and check others. I then had him clear my lint vent line, which due to bird nests, had blocked the free flow of lint from my dryer. Upon finishing the task, the technician cleaned up after the job, leaving it spotless. Needless to say, the dryer runs great, and Vadim was both courteous and knowledgeable. Ill definitely use this company again.

Excellent service all-around. Filled out online request after seeing their high ratings, immediately got a call from an office manager who scheduled an appt for the next day. Alexey called 30 mins before arrival, quickly identified the problem with my garbage disposal. It needed to be replaced, and he offered to fix it right then and transparently told me the total price for parts and labor. Prices were fair, work was excellent. Alexey took good care of my home and kept his work area clean. Glad to know a solid repair service in Atlanta now. Will use going forward!

Very clean and professional tech.Installed a tv on my wall and ran HDMI cables behind walls. Very happy with the service and price.Definitely recommend this company to any one who is not sure in there electrician.

Mr V arrived 30 mins sooner. He assessed all the work. He also suggested a couple of changes which showed he was knowledgeable and has experienced in his line of work (electrical). He wired for my new kitchen in already finished basement with only minimal holes in drywall. He wired 3 GFCI circuits for countertop, 1 for fridge, 1 for disposal and sink light, one for dishwasher, one for range and one more for microwave/hood. Usually we need 7 circuits in kitchen. He did 8. All the work done was elegant and very professional. He did all this about 5 hours. His work passed county inspections without any changes. Im extremely pleased not only with his work and price but also from his professionalism and character. Ive already recommended him to my friend for ceiling fan installations and will definitely hire him for my next project.

A friend of mine was installing my dryer. I just moved into a new apt. We hooked something up wrong. Please dont ask me what;-) He got in contact w/Mr. V Appliance&Electrical,LLC. They called me the next morning. I was ordering my Chick-fil-a biscuit. We set up a time. I was advised of the $50 diagnostic fee. I loved that! I hate unexpected financial surprises. Dimitry Pashnyak called me to let me know he was in route. He said he was 35 mins out. I had to leave work in a hurry. He called exactly 35 mins later to get directions to my apt. He had reached my Apt. Community in exactly 35 mins. I know this b/c I beat him home by a minute:-) When he got to my apt., I told him what we did. We laughed and cracked jokes while he got to work. Before you know it, he was finished. I dont even think it took 20 minutes. We tested the dryer. The whole experience was so painless, the pricing included. I will be a client for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been in customer service for years. I wont age myself:-) When I get Phenomenal Customer Service, I have to share! Please give Dimitry a raise since I cannot give him anymore stars!!!!!!! He so deserves it. I think I talked from the moment he walked in til I closed the door behind him:-)
