Nice ppl came at apartment at 4:30 got door left in hour full load

My appointment was 3 clock i came early at 10 clock they give a dock number 3 and they told me turn on the reffer my reffer was on at least 8 hours I call them how long they gonna take the still saying wait never ever I am coming to this place is. No truck in parking

This corporate facility is a very convenient. No necessary to search for over night parking, you can park a truck right here over night. There is a plastic toilet here, and they are great people, I am apprisiate for a big jar with a sanitize next to the toilet.

Good place for pickup. Easy in and out. Make sure to put on jacket for checking in. Friendly staff

Courteous staff its a cold storage so typically if you have a export load you might have to wait on USDA inspection so relax and take a nap the loading is fast once it begins

Never again will I come to this place out of 12 doors every driver that picks up a load they assign drivers to 1 or 2 doors out of 12 in other words once that driver is done being loaded once he pulls away from the door then you get that specific door from what I saw sitting here I waited five and a half hours to get a door then on top of that the lady screwed up and thought I was someone else when I wasnt so I had to wait even longer 3 trucks that came after me end up getting doors before me once I got loaded it took them only 10 minutes unbelievable waited 5 and 1/2 hours to only to be loaded in 10 minutes then the broad behind the window wants to give me an attitude hey you screwed up not me I showed up on time the only good thing about it is I was able to get an 8-hour break in!

I had an appointment at 1730. Arrived early. Not expecting to be taken early. Given door on arrival. Open doors and dock. Sit there with reefer blasting full throttle for 2 hours. Started loading me on appointment time.I dont expect to arrive early and be loaded early. But dont tell me to open my reefer and leave it open while running for 2 hours.Update. Docked with open doors for 5 hours. Had a red light for past 2 hours. Only picking up half a trailer and supposed to make a second pickup later. No activity in trailer. Still red light. Checked with office, they dont know why I am still here or what my progress is. They cant find anybody to talk to.5 hours and counting for half a trailer.

Appointment 1230pm, arrived 11 PM night before allowed me to check in..... put me in a door at 8 AM.... 1 PM still havent started loading. If your going to wait until the appointment time thats fine dont make me get in a door and waste 4 hours of reefer fuel to keep it at -10 when your not going to start loading until 2pm

If you want a place you can do and or find any drug under the sun this is the place for you. No one will ever say anything when you smell to high heavens of pot or if you are clearly on meth. If your a alcoholic thats fine as well. No drug test and no worries.

Had appointment for drop and hook at 00:01- 14:42. It’s 20:50 and load still not ready. Cannot find out status of load still. When I call the answer is not ready and later.

Loads never ready on-time, muddy road bobtail parking acrosd street, must drop trailer at another vendors washout lot 1.5 miles away.

Very rude lady in office.they load truck very fast.but office lady very rude and jest busy with her phone.
