Clean Freaks did a move-out clean for my townhome. They gave me an accurate quote and were able to clean things sufficiently. There was one area of the stove that did not get cleaned, but after I brought it to their attention they came back out within 24 hours and cleaned it perfectly. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This company is the only cleaning companys that literally cleans every crevasse of a home! I would recommend them anytime anywhere you have any doubts dont! The girls are amazing women and will treat you with respect never argue about anything that needs done! 100% the best people I know!

I e-mailed this company and was told I had to wait 2 weeks for cleaning. I waited the 2 weeks then e-mailed back to see what day and what I needed to do. No response for 3 days, so then I called and she told me she was on her way to the office and would call me back in 20 minutes. No call all day so I called again and left a message no return call now and it has been 3 more days. So instead of letting me find someone else to clean my house, they put me on hold for 3 weeks. This is not a good company.

Very unprofessional. An hour after they were supposed to be here I got a text that they were sick and not going to make it. Gave them another chance, again waited an hour before I asked if they were still planning on coming and never heard back. If your time is valuable, don’t hire them.

I called this company to have them do the final cleaning in order to sell my home. Lisa came and did a walk through with me as I was moving everything out of the house. I told her multiple times that house must be move in ready. There were water stains and scum marks left on every faucet and shower head. There were bugs still left in the light fixtures and finger prints on the doors. I was told her crew and herself were there for 5 hours and looks like they did nothing at all! When I called to say I was disappointed I was rudely told it was my fault and if I needed her to go back I must pay again. I wish I could add pictures to show just how bad this is! Her website says satisfaction guaranteed or we will go back, I cant even get her to return a phone call let alone go back and actually clean my house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

Absolutely do NOT hire this company. They had to come twice to do the job we originally solicited. Left without a word and things STILL werent clean. We even wrote a checklist to prevent any miscommunications. We are extremely unhappy with everything to do with this company; customer service, management, attitude of staff, professionalism, quality of work... It was all a giant mess. Do yourself a favor- go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

I own a rental property with two levels, and I recently hired Clean Freak for a cleaning after a tenant moved out.It looked as though nothing was done after the job. The stairs were covered in fur and dirt, the sink was full of rust, and there was trash piled under the stairs. I told them to take as long as they needed and mentioned these things to them specifically, they assured me they would take care of it, and they didnt do any of it.When I spoke to the owner about it, she tried excusing it by saying, The property wasnt that dirty to begin with. As though other parts of the property being clean meant they didnt need to do what they assured me they would do. I had to send her time stamped photos of the disgusting mess that was left while she questioned my honesty of the state of the property.I hired another cleaning company after, and they went above and beyond, making the property look great after. I wont be wasting my time and money with Clean Freak again.

Called to schedule a time for them to do a consult and after the consult they said someone would call me in 2 weeks to schedule the cleaning. I never heard back so I called and left a voicemail at about 2 1/2 weeks after the consult and still never heard back. Called back one week later got the voicemail again and ended up having to use a different company.

I wasnt impressed with this company at all. I needed a cleaning on short notice and I was told on a Wednesday that I could be scheduled on that Friday. However, it took them until Friday to actually contact me so I was then scheduled for the following Monday. We ended up scheduling for 8 hours and they worked for about 6 hours and then said they were coming back the next day. I was never told that it could possibly be split into 2 days, and when I went to look at the apartment after the first day, nothing looked like it had been done at all. I never saw the finished product because the new tenants needed the keys before they came back to finish, but I guess they cleaned up okay in the end.Their communication wasnt good at all, I feel like they would benefit from a form or something that would let the customer know what to expect. When I contacted them, in the end I felt like they were just trying to cover their butts by pointing blame more in my direction and didnt seem to want to make my experience any better. Its too bad they dont really have any competition in the valley to keep them striving to be better.

I have to say this is the biggest rip off of any company I have ever dealt with. These people came out to clean an empty house that my kids were moving into. We went after they had gone, and nothing was done. We called and spoke with the manager, and they had three people come back, lugging a child behind them. I explained to them what had to be done, and that it had to be right because three asthmatics with allergies were going to live there. I told them to call my DIL and tell her when they were done, but my son went over before they were done. One lady was asking them if they planned on inspecting the rooms like her MIL (me) said, and she said yes. While they were doing that, the three ladies were in the living room and one lady said this is ridiculous and said her husband called and said should I bring you your toothbrush since your gong to be there all night. The carpet cleaners they hired were not much better. My son spent ALL weekend just getting the animal hair and dust off the floors and baseboard in one room. He had three boxes bigger than three shoes boxes full of dust and cat hair. The sad part is, these people got paid for this. We are way behind on moving now because they didnt do their job. If I could I would give them a -20. They never cleaned in the closets. The baseboards were suppose to be done, only half were. The kitchen was okay, but the bedrooms were horrible, and then to sit there and make snide remarks. This is my kids first house, and it should be like this. They should have been able to walk in and unpack. We still have three empty rooms we cant put anything in because we have to scrub them down before she attempt to put furniture in them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you plan on cleaning up after them. They are a joke, a very expensive one at that. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Whomever owns this company needs to take a look at what their employees are doing. If you knew they had to be called out a 2nd time, you would think the owner would want to come and inspect what his employees were up to. Again, DONT USE THIS COMPANY. If you would like to see pictures of what we picked up, after they HAHA cleaned, just let me know. I have plenty. The only reason its getting one star is because it wouldnt let me leave it blank.
