Only complaint is that they didnt ask which hose to use and they took apart the landscape hose attachment, which was very difficult to get adjusted correctly, we didnt know what they did until our plants started dying.We even asked them to let us know if they had any questions or issues. There was a perfectly fine hose to use on its own spiget, coiled up right next to the landscape hose.

Mike at 5 Star does a fantastic job with both my Christmas lights each year and my indoor window cleaning in the winter and my outdoor window cleaning in the summer. I appreciate his prompt response to any issues that ever arise, which are always minimal. He always goes the extra mile in sending out reminder texts for services coming up and always gets me in quickly. His work is always top notch!

Mike is a professional and a great person to work with. We communicated through email about the work I needed completed at my home and set the appointment. He was very accommodating. When he arrived he got right to work. He cleaned our rain gutters, cleaned my windows inside and out, cleaned the window tracks and screens, cleaned the ceiling fans and light fixtures. My gas fireplace glass hadnt been cleaned in 8 years. I didnt realize how bad it was until he finished it! He even cleaned my shower door glass! Everything sparkles now! Found this company by chance and did I hit the jackpot!!! I needed my windows done within 2 days and they said that would not be a problem. 100% live up to their name and I was really amazed by how many different Services they offer besides window cleaning. Matt and Mike were fantastic to work with. Very professional and very polite and did a really good job on our windows and pressure washing our porches and sidewalks. They definitely had the attitude of continuing to work hard until they were sure we were going to be 110% satisfied which of course we were. Most definitely will hire them again!

The Windows that they cleaned looked really great. Unfortunately they completely skipped one that is in my living room. So when you walk into my living room you see two clean windows and one really dirty one. When I contacted them about it I asked if they would mind coming back and fixing it or would they at least not charge me for that window. When I got my bill they had deducted $5. In guess its easier to be out $5 then to fix your mistake. I dont think Ill be using them again. Which is unfortunate because the windows that they didnt skip look great.
