Highly recommend! I didnt know getting fingerprinting done was an experience. The person doing my fingerprints was very pleasant to talk to and she had all the information I needed regarding what I needed to do next with my fingerprints. Thank you! (Logan)

I went to the Logan location for fingerprinting and it was great. The employee (I feel bad I cant remember his name) there was quick, polite, and efficient. I was there around10 minutes. It was easy to make the appointment online and I was able to get in the same day.

The staff have been more than amazing to work with! Great service as well as fast fingerprinting. I’ve been in twice now and have gotten great customer service! I will most definitely be recommending this place for all my fellow Aggies. They will do what they can to help students get what they need and know what to do!

The Logan one was great super cool employee, very helpful and kind. It was a good experience was in and out in 10 min.

I had to go here three times. My work kept messaging me saying they hadn’t received my fingerprints and kept on giving me paperwork to do. I don’t know what happened the first time, but the second time my fingerprints weren’t readable...so I had to do it all again. The guy was nice enough not to charge me.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee was very rude. I would never recommend anyone to go here and get treated so poorly. Employee was frustrated at me because she couldnt get my fingerprints right when I was doing nothing wrong.
