My dog had puppies about a week ago and mom wasnt doing well at all so we took her to cache meadow vet clinic. After a wellness check they determined she was sad and exhausted but was also in pain so sent us home with pain pills. Four hours later I thought my dog was going to die so I went right back in and I asked for x-ray because I knew something was wrong. I was told by vet there was nothing in the x-rays and my dog will be fine. My exact words to the doctor was I just dont want my dog to die long story short, my dog passed away the next day. No blood work was done and I felt like they were trying to save me money not save my dog. Which they didnt and now I have so much regret that I listened to them and didnt go get a second opinion and Im the one without a member of our family. I will never return there because of the lack of care and treatment that could have saved my dogs life. So if your looking for a cheap vet with nice staff this is your place, if your looking for a good and competent vet who will do anything to help your pet this is Not the place. If you care about your pet please take them elsewhere. I learned the hard way and now my family doesnt have our dog and my puppies dont have there mom.

We had never been to Cache Meadow, but found ourselves in need of a local emergency service when our older dog couldnt hang on anymore. We called Cache Meadow and couldnt have asked for a more supportive or peaceful passing for our beloved pet. Dr. Kemp was kind and professional. We are very thankful and happy to know there are other great vets in the valley in addition to our regular vet that we see here.

Ever since I took my dog poe here i love it. Good prices they love the pets. Vet Reed is pretty good havent met him but most definitely best vet in the valley.

We have been using Cache Meadow for 4 years now, usually just once a year. We typically see Dr. Kemp, hes been great. This last check-up I didnt specify that we like Dr. Kemp, when we arrived they told me it was with a different Doctor, he was nice too, although I didnt formally meet him. The COVID precautions are a bit unusual, they ask if you have any concerns, then you have to wait in your car while they take you pet to be examined. Next the doctor calls to go over the exam and answer any questions. It went rather quickly but was quite uncomfortable waiting outside in the summer heat and them whisking our dog away. The doctor was friendly enough on the phone, but then I had to call back the office to make my payment. Hopefully theyll reduce these restrictions soon, but it worked alright. Great customer service and pet care. Im very excited that they have a dental specialist that can clean teeth without anesthesia.

The doctors and staff here are so kind and empathetic and have done a great job taking care of my cats since our family moved to Cache Valley 8 years ago. I appreciate how they go over diagnostic and treatment options in detail so that we can make informed decisions about our pets’ care.

Best Vet in the valley! I have had so many great experiences with this clinic and no bad ones! They are clean, welcoming and professional. I took my fiances moms doberman there for an emergency and they got us in within 15 minutes of us calling! They quickly diagnosed him and were able to keep him calm the whole time. My dog Milo also visits for his regular yearly check up and has no problem just walking in, unlike other vets weve gone to where weve had to carry him in because he was so scared. They really do care about the wellness of your pets.

Im really impressed. They were so caring and careful with my cat. Only been home for an hour and my kitty is already feeling better and eating again. No long wait, they got us right in and their prices were reasonable. Thanks again for helping us so quickly.

This clinic is wonderful! Our little chihuahua went in for a dental cleaning. She was very scared when we dropped her off but the employee taking her in was so kind and patient! They made a scary process easy for both my dog and I! I have never been so impressed; We have found our new favorite clinic!

Great people, the vet who sees my dogs is very kind and patient. They go out of their way to help your pet. I cant fully express how much I appreciate this place.

I specifically called to make an appointment to “consult” with the doctor about an issue with my Husky. As I live 60 miles away and have never seen the doc before my intent was to speak To and interview him and convey my dogs history so I could make an informed decision about her care. I waited two weeks for the appointment and when I arrived was informed that I had to wait outside while the staff inspected my dog? Now I was never informed of the ridiculous Covid protocol that was an obvious smoke screen as multiple vet techs came and went picking up and returning animals to the parking lot with their masks not in place and in close proximity to their customers. The lack of communication letting me know this BS policy was in place and the lack of follow through in practicing the overkill of enhanced Covid procedure has made me realize that maybe this vet is not for me or my pup. Thank you for the 120 mile journey and complete waste of my time!

We have been using this clinic for the past four years or so. The vets and technicians have always been communicative and open to all of our questions, and they have worked with us to make sure were aware of all of the treatment options available for our cat on any issue.

I have been taking my dogs to them and today I had an emergency my baby girl she was bleeding from her paw and the on call dr did not want to see her he seemed very uninterested and wanted to disregard the fact that she was bleeding and it wouldn’t stop he stated that he couldn’t see her until the morning, honestly if the bleeding wouldn’t of stop by morning she might of not made it, when he finally agreed after I kept asking, Terrible service and unwilling to be there for an emergency take your fur baby’s somewhere were they care and not just want your money.

We took our corgi to this clinic after a few days of upset tummy and diarrhea. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Luckily there wasnt anything too serious going on, but the vet treated her like she was just as important as any other patient. He checked her over, recommended what we do at home, and provided an antibiotic. They also gave her second round of shots. The cost was very low for the work we had done, especially including the lab work. We took Amber back to the same clinic to get her rabies shot and I couldnt be happier. This will be our go-to clinic for Amber if she ever needs it. Thank you!:)

We have used Cache Meadow Vet Clinic for as long as I have remembered. All of the staff are very friendly and able to help us out with all of our pet needs. We have been through all of the ups and downs as pet owners and Cache Meadows has been helpful through it all!
