Zerorez Cache Valley was able to schedule my cleaning quickly on 3 days notice. They followed through as they said they would. They called 15 minutes out and arrived in the window they said they would. The technician was polite and respectful, answered my questions, and did a thorough job. I was happy with the service and the experience.

Tech even lowered the quoted price because he saw that one of our stairs was pretty small. There was a minor issue with the hardwood flooring, and the tech made it right. Would recommend!

Zerorez came and cleaned the air vents in my townhome. I recently moved in and could not get ahead of the dust. Vacuumed the whole house every day for two months straight and didn’t make any difference. It’s been two weeks since they cleaned the duct work out and it’s made an incredible difference. Well worth it. They were in and out in a couple hours and very respectful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

Great company to work with. Thank you...Old review: The guy that helped us today (I dont remember his name) was very professional, nice and easy to work with. He was here for a little under 2 hours. Unfortunately the couches still look dirty. Not everywhere but there are spots that dont look like they were cleaned at all. He mentioned that there is only so much you can do with cotton and that they dont really come clean. This was after he was already done and I asked him about a few places that looked dirty. I asked him to clean one spot again. He did and it is now dry and it still looks dirty. I dont know if thats a zerorez thing or just cotton in general. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. I was expecting to have my couches look like new. He said they would look better once they dried but they are dry to the touch and dont look better.

The technician was courteous and completed the carpet cleaning ahead of schedule and even took time to clean a few more area rugs. They all look much cleaner. We love zerorez! They have always done a fantastic job for us. Owning a pet can be very hard on your carpet but they always do their best to help with the pesky pet stains! Theyre very knowledgeable and are always very kind and polite and professional. They go above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

They were average that’s why I gave them a 3. They were nice and quick to schedule. However, they left some throw up on the cushion zippers and there were a few spots that still smelled like vomit. They left a few stains. One was a small, about 2-3 inch, puddle of laundry detergent my son spilled in his room. The tech said it wouldn’t come out. After he left I worked on it with a lot of hot water and it came out. The red stain he said wouldn’t come out, I tried a carpet stain remover and it came out. I would expect from professionals, they would get out all or close to all stains, especially ones I can get out on my own. The general cleaning was good though. They lifted the dirt off heavy traffic areas except one spot still looks dingy. Not the worst but not the best service.

Taylor did a great job. He made sure we knew how much we were going to pay before we got started so there were no surprise charges at the end. We also have 3 rooms with really light colored carpet. One of these rooms was occupied by a teen boy for 4 years. Yiu know how those rooms are never clean, laundry everywhere so much so you cant see the floor! Well our son moved out, so it was time to clean the carpet. Taylor got food, soda, and even teen boy smell out of that room. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.

The technician called the morning of my appointment and let me know he was ahead of schedule, which worked out great for me. He did an inspection of the areas I needed cleaned and told me his plan for carrying out the work.I had a tile room, a large area rug over hardwood floor, and carpeted bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs that needed to be cleaned. He was careful with the hardwood floors and did a great job with my area rug.The tile is in my mud room, which is the perfect name for what that room looked like. The grout was terribly dirty but Zerorez did a great job getting it clean so we can reseal the grout. I love how fresh my home smells and looks after having it cleaned by Zerorez!
