Rented a unit online. Received confirmation and my card was billed. Went to specified storage unit and it was locked. I called, received mail-box full message. Tried reaching them by phone, text, email without any response. Business hours published but no one is there. Its now a day later and we have to change our plans because we have nowhere to put our stuff. [update 2 weeks later] - Still havent heard back from manager. Still havent received a refund on credit card.
Booked reservation 2 months in advance. Was called 3 days before move-in date to say they didnt have unit available in the size Id reserved. Arranged for larger unit and thought all was well. Move-in day came and no one was there to allow us into our unit. No answer to our phone calls. Had to scramble at last minute to find another unit somewhere else since we were stranded.Discovered that Logan is suffering from a storage shortage and we were lucky to find anything at all. Had to rent something 5x the size we needed at a much higher price. Never DID get a return phone call!Dishonest to take a reservation 2 months ahead of time and then not even show up to allow us in. Dont chance it with these people. COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

They rented me a unit over the phone and when I got there they had it locked OPEN so I couldnt put my lock on it. I put in my stuff anyway because with the lock it looked like it was locked when I closed it. I called the next day and told them about it and they said they would lock it up with a combo lock and told me the lock code. When I came back the code they told me doesnt work so now I cant get to my stuff. I have tried several days to contact them again and left messages but so far no contact.
Gated, secure, on-site manager there five days a week, they even offer insurance for as low as ten bucks a month!

Convenient....clean......easily accessible. The only downside was reaching the manager, who has been ill. But, things were handled over the phone.You need to be taught how to exit the facility.
24/7 self storage facility is outstanding. Their staff are friendly and great. I would highly recommend them.
Fairly new installation of secure self storage. A bit rough around the edges but fair prices that keep getting increased. Good raised floors and a fairly secure main front gate. Odd magnetic area exit mechanism that is not obvious.
Friend at church recommended to my wife and I. perfect solution for us to clear out junk from the garage and make space for our truck. 10 by 10 unit is plenty big for us.
Good value, would recommend. be sure and ask about saving when you get 2 units together!
24/7 storage changed management in January 2018. The new management has been super nice in helping me work out what happened. Was going to leave my unit here and go someplace else until i talked to the new management. To the old management: shame on you.
I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. I moved in about two months ago and paid upfront for three months. Apparently the management company that I moved in with got fired a few weeks later and I was called by them asking them to bring paperwork in that prove that I paid for three months. I happily did so and asked if there was anything they needed from m apparently the management company that I moved in with got fired a few weeks later and I was called by the new management And they said that I was late on my payment after one month. I explained that I had paid up front and offered to bring in my paperwork. I happily did so but two weeks later I came to get some things out of my unit and there was a red lock on my door. I called customer service and was told they would take it off right away. A week later I come back and the lock is still on my unit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I cleared out my storage unit 3 months ago and they’re still charging me each month, I’ve called everywhere and I was told I was going to get a call back which I never did. I called the guy in charge of the Cache valley facility and he said it shouldn’t charge me another month and that he was waiting to hear back on my refund and I checked my account just now and of course they’ve charged me again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they’ve been such a nightmare.
