Anthony Munoz called me out to fuel 6 containers for him In Chesapeake, VA 3 of them were completely empty and required me to prime the systems to get running again. The other three were about to run out. Hasn’t made payment on his invoice and don’t believe he intends to . No longer responding via text, phone calls, email, returning voicemails. Pretty bad business practice to have someone provide a service for you pump 150 gallons of fuel after Hrs emergency service, and not take care of the bill.
