Ordered a dryer from them and scheduled a delivery two days later. Delivery day came and was told 8am-12 delivery window. By 5pm my appliance was nowhere to be found. Tried calling the store only to be placed on hold 5 times with no assistance. Finally drove to the store and was told they had no information and could not get ahold of the delivery driver. Finally had to get a refund after the assistant manager basically told me she couldn’t help. 7pm the driver calls trying to deliver the appliance. This was an absolute waste of a day and the worst experience I have ever had. Go to Home Depot and spare yourself the headache.

This is a nice store with plenty of deals to be had if you know your prices. They offer plants at a discount that need some care. Sale tags are yellow and can be found throughout the store on many items. If you take the time to find them, you can upgrade your home or yard at significant savings.

You better know what your looking for staff is to busy to help you out

I went to Lowes in Lodi I live in Stockton and the Lowes here in lodi were much friendlier than the one in Stockton. I was looking to buy a washer and dryer and a young lady help me out and I was in and out within 20 minutes I knew what I wanted and she told me what I needed to know about the washer and dryer I bought it and it was set up for delivery, she was really nice. And her customer service was superb 👍😊

This retailer has taken a real dive on customer service. Used to be much more user or shopper friendly.employees not all. But the majority are not informed of the lay out of the store. Hard to get help.i used to enjoy shopping there. Employees are rude, short. I am seriously considering of going to home depot for my hardware, natural needs. Home depot used to be like Lowes. Now it is more efficient, shopper friendly, eager to help.home depot I mean. Lowes has gone down the toilet line.

Don’t like being forced into self check out. Other than that Lowe’s is always a great place to shop.

As long as you know where the things you need are in any Lowes, youre fine. Asking where things are is a bit of a waste of time, but thats any hardware store now. Otherwise quick, easy, and clean

I came back because the bottles of acid were almost half empty. I was provided a discount, needed more, the rest of the stock in the shelves were in the same condition. Aileen and Gurshan assisted us with the 2nd batch we attempted to purchase. We showed them the receipt for the 1st purchase, Gurshan requested a manager fot apptoval - that was Aileen. Her service and customer service skills were abysmal and it is my professional recommendation that she does not participate in customer relations as she lacks professionalism and a need to assist customers. We requested her manager, he refused to come speak to us about our experience today at 11:30am PST. I requested the name of the manager, Gurshan refused to provide us while openly mocking us for attempting to request a resolution. I have spent THOUSANDS with Lowes this year alone on my personal property, this is not including the thousands more we spend for our business. I will think twice before purchasing from Lowes again based on this interaction. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of basic respect provided by the staff - please hire a new manager. I know, easier said than done in our current climate but this store is in desperate need of a revamp. Experiences like these are what cause a loss in business.

Very disappointing. Stood for over 15 minutes to get assistance to make a purchase over $600. Only explanation was they must all be at lunch. An entire department! Cashier then said well you can just order them online. And we wonder why the brick and mortar are disappearing. Will go to Lowes in lodi where there is customer service. I live a mile from Trinity!

Had to wait 30 min for someone to help me ..and end up coming home with the wrong size.. and sadly its the second time they give me the wrong item... most of the staff is very little polite... Im not the type of person that likes to complain but i really felt really frustrated...

Terrible communication in the online orders/curbside pick up department. Called to ask why half of my order was missing after I got home only to be given numerous excuses then the manager of that department hangs up on me.Yet they always ask for five star reviews for doing their job.

I drove a loooong way to pick up an item that was sold out everywhere else. Evening staff greeted me and executed my pick up for an online purchase perfectly. They even helped me put the large item in my Tahoe!

Horrible customer service i bought a trailer with them they have yet to deliver the trailer to me they keep changing the date and mean while im stuck footing the bill for a trailer i got with them with a Lowes card I got with them. I have been trying to get more information from them about this but they keep giving me the run around i spoke with David worker number 7843587 the whole time i was talking to him he was being rude and un helpful he told me to wait a minute and proceded to hang up on me i was able to communicate with the manager and the manager wasn’t able to help me out with this either i urge you not to get any trailers with them or order anything that has to be shipped horrendous service

65 years old and you dont get a senior discount what a rip off there was nobody there to help me get windows down off the shelf and one of the windows was over an 8-footer think Im going to take my business to smaller companies mom and pop shops that want that business.

I went to the Garden to buy some pots. All out of terra-cotta.All the supplies were in completely different areasI finally found everything I needed at 3 totally differentareas of the store. InconvenientIf you need to get home and make dinner.

Im a Marine Corps veteran of 8 yrs. I served a tour over seas in Iraq in 2009. And I’m not usually one to complain but today struck a nerve. The cashier refused to take my veteran ID as proof of service to apply it to my purchase because I was not registered in their system as a veteran. Really???? Instead of offering a solution at the time of purchase I was just denied this completely. I was very unsatisfied with today’s service

Once again its nice to know what is where. I had to find something to complain about Im probably the lack of registers in the self-checkout area I think they could probably use 4 or 5 more maybe. Thousands of diy ideas come to mind walking around here!Eric in the mill wood dept was beyond helpful. I had an idea, but I didnt know what exactly I needed in order to complete it. Erics 30 + years of construction along with some good open ended questions for me about my project, made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I wasnt planning to buy today, but he took me right to what I needed while professionally explaining the basic how to, for my 6 month pregnant selfs benefit no doubt!However every time I shop here, I am offered assistance at least twice by friendly employees and they have never pawned me off on some other employee who knows more about that than they...as seems to be the case at every friggin OSH and Target that I go to.The garden and nursery dept always look well cared for too.All in all I give em a 10, err 5 stars for google. :)

I went to Lodi Lowes to puchase 5 bags of sand, 3 bags of soil and 12 bags of mulch. I waited 30 minutes for someone to finally come out to load it in my car. I went to the cashier and he called 5 times to get help load my car. I finally had to go into the store myself to find a supervisor to get help. The supervisor had a I dont care attitude and didnt seen very friendly. The cashier by this time had 12-14 people in line no one was called to help him.To bad the supervisor doesnt care about customer service. Her actions are what make people go elsewhere.

Called ahead to check that they had something in stock, they verified they had it, came from Modesto to pick it up but when I got there they didnt have it and they hadnt had any in stock for a while. Tell me how that happens. Then they wouldnt even work with me on the floor model. Horrible customer service here smh, maybe ill just switch to home depot after this bs...

I love Los its my favorite place to go I dont ever go to Home Depot this trip however I was a little upset because I called to make sure they had item in stock and they told me they had it and they didnt so I went around the three different clothes to try to find it but they still get five stars are an amazing store and the prices are definitely better than Home Depot this was a fluke Mistake by an employee but yeah still very upsetting what a waste of gas and time

Ive been shopping at Lowes for almost 15 years and Ive never had a problem checking out and customer service for some odd reason today whoever that lady was blonde hair dye on made me walk to the checkout when I parked by the customer service door. I will definitely continue to spend my money at Home Depot when I come to the city. Im here to spend money and Im instructed to go elsewhere? definitely wont be returning.

I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service from the Pro Desk, specifically Abraham, who helped me journey thru a lumber and flooring order for my Barn flip. After experiencing years of poor service, terrible delivery service from the other big box home improvement store, I made the jump to Lowes Lodi and I am so glad I did. Great job guys! Thank you! Im not too jazzed about the phones. Seems VERY difficult to get to the correct individuals. I called multiple times, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes! They even hung up on me a couple times! REALLY hard to get the answers I need. The associates all say, I dont know, Im just a regular associate... Like, can I talk to a abnormal associate then? What does that even mean: regular associate? I felt like that was to infer, I have no idea, I just work here. Where I work, if I cant answer a question, I find someone who can.

I shop here for the basic home supply 4 stroke trimmer in my case still works great.

This location I like best because they always have what the other hardware stores are out of. They have propane exchange, and there always have quality lumber.

Went shopping for a water softener for the house. Several associates walked up to me asking if I needed help. When I needed help the associate was patient and knowledgeable and understood I was working within a budget. Service was far superior to Home Depot.

Curbside customer service is amazing! Doesnt matter how big my order or how busy the store is. If there is a problem with my order or an item, they contact me immediately. Polar opposite of their main competitor Home Depot. Ive done multiple orders from both stores and Lowes has it down right.

I love Lowes. I can usually find everything I am looking for. I may have to search for someone to help me but they are always kind and courteous. Some things were out today and am assuming that is because of the virus.

Impossible to find help. My wife and I needed some tile and fixtures taken down from the very top and took over 40 minutes to have someone finally come and ask if we needed help after my wife asked several times before hand. No one seems to want to work anymore.

This store is poorly stocked with a variety of merchandise missing. There a few employees that seem to care about their job and their customers. Most are there only for their paycheck.

They are sold out of Dremel bits they have no idea when theyre going to get in another order so just if you need jumble bits beware about Lowes.

No follow through their ordering system and sent to the local store. No more ordering from them. Paid for product but was unable to ship it . No one alerted me that the delivery has passed. I had to go to the store to get the lowdown,only then did customer service refund my money. Im sorry didnt do it for me,never again

Went to this store after going to the East Stockton Lowes. At the Stockton store I asked two employees about a product that was empty on the shelf. They told me if its not on the shelf they didnt have it in stock even though on their app it said they had it in stock. Went to the Lodi Lowes and it was once again empty on the shelf even though it said they had it in stock. This time the employee scanned the tag and looked for the item. There was not any on the upper shelves but, he kept looking. He then mentioned they might have it outside. He ended up finding it somewhere else. The point is Connor actually helped and the two employees acted like I was bothering them. Showed me the difference in the culture of both stores.

Really upset we order some windows and take 3 months to get it .. they measure their own Lowes contractor measure the Windows measure Ron they install the windows. And very lousy installation and manager I really really mean attitude when we explaind everything what was done he was try to blame me after we went and see it and we dont want to do nothing because there was a mess you know Im sorry but it is what it is and lows it really low quality service

Was there today and was so happy to have had such good help with electrical items. The gentleman was knowledge able, helpful and addressed all the issues involved in my project. Also received wonderful help in the tool isle. Best of all, there was a friendly clerk to help me check out. I was really impressed with the level of service and helpfulness. Maybe there is the idea that customers dont want help. For myself, if I know well what I am doing I hate to burden someone to help me, but if I am unsure or there is some new product then having help is really welcome. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience and the help to make my project far better than u might have on my own.

First time visiting a Lowes store and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were. I bought a new weed eater and the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I needed help finding a specialty item and the young man that helped me was patient and took his time searching for it. I would recommend Lowes in Lodi for a great shopping experience.

NEVER Call the store. I have made that mistake too many times. We recently bought a dishwasher and it was defective. So, it is being replaced and they are accomplishing this in a timely manner. Because of the sales experience and installation experience as well as the service after the fact, I would be giving this Lowes a 5 star rating, but their phone system is atrocious!!! So, if you can avoid it, NEVER call that store!!!

Ive always had great customer service experiences here overall. I also used Lowes for a kitchen remodel project. Again great service, as well as a great variety of kitchen options and materials. The prices were reasonable and sales on select products come up frequently. I had a not so great experience with Home Depot before with a separate home remodel job, but Im glad that led me to do business here.

The customer service is great. The person looked up the location of the item I wanted. When it was not their, he suggested the place I should look. The selection of products is better than the other home improvement places.
