Brianna is always very flexible, competent and efficient. My aid fell into pieces. She worked me in shortly after i called for a quick 2 minute fix. But after 5 minutes of trying to fix what i destroyed, and only 5 minutes more of waiting, I very happily walked away with a loaner aid. She called me in fewer days than expected to come pick up my repaired device. When i thought i was getting feedback, even the new doctor joined in to problem solve and fix the problem.Always fast, efficient, competent and kind! This place has been great!
They were great ! I called them for an apointment for a short notice and then took my husband right away.
Great and friendly staff. They made the whole process easy and comfortable.
I am a disabled veteran of the USMC. The VA made me an appointment for this facility. Upon arrival I was wearing a face shield due to me not being able to wear a face mask due to my disability. They refused me service unless I put on a mask said they where following CDC guidelines. I advised them it said on the CDC website that people with disabilities are exempt. The Veterans Affairs also called them told them the law they still refused service. They said they have the right to refuse service to anyone. This is not true can not refuse service due to someones disability.
Friendly Professional people. Thanks be to GOD for always helping us.
Great, in this COVID 19 time. Everyone wore masks, and Dr. Sanders conducted the visit in the waiting room (it was empty). Always have good service there.
Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and docs.
Great staff, and very accomodating when you are really late for your appointment!
First, the bad news. The dog ate one of my hearing aids!Good News: I found the pieces, its still under warranty, and Gold Country Hearing is doing my work!Immediate appt with Charley. Aid off for estimate.Resolve to be more careful with aids and dog!
I am very pleased with Dr. Sanders and his receptionists service. I came on my first visit to find out whether my two Phonax hearing aids could be fixed. After warmly greeting me, he immediately tried to fix them. He got one to work. The electronics in the other one did not work, he said. He then told me that I could use the good one, but that my hearing would be better if I bought a new pair. To get a new pair, he said that I need a referral from my primary care physician to see him. He could then proceed with a hearing test, which would cost me only about $15. The receptionist said the test for hearing loss will be covered by Medicare A and that I should ask my primary insurer, Blue Cross-Blue Shield PPO, for the amount of my co-payment for new hearing aids.
Dr. Sanders and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Sanders is good with kids and makes the process as quick, painless, convenient, and stress-free for everyone as possible. The office is clean and a bonus, they have coffee and tea in the waiting area, which I love! We started my son off with smaller earbud type hearing aids, which did not work for us, and it was no problem to switch them out to the mold type. My son even got Spiderman colors! They have financing options, which is great since insurance covers ZERO for aids:(. We also got FM attachments for when school starts. Overall were VERY happy with Dr. Sanders and his staff :)
I needed extra help getting into the Gold Country Hearing office. All I had to do was ask! Very accommodating staff. I am very pleased with my choice to use Gold Country Hearing to treat my hearing loss.
Great doctor, good location. Friendly and helpful.
I was understandably nervous going in but they we all amazing. The entire staff was kind and patient with me and walked me through all the steps to get my new hearing aids..
Dr. Sanders and his staff are awesome! Very friendly, professional, and compassionate about his patients.
I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism I have received over the past 5 years whenever I go to see Lori for testing my hearing or help my two hearing aids. From the start she was most helpful and explained the process /treatment /equipment. They handle all the paperwork and insurance readily. I would highly recommend her and the services she has provided to me so I can once again hear normally and be part of normal conversations - it truly makes me feel like more of a complete person again.Since the transition to new owners, I have been very happy with continued level of professional care and service I am receiving from Gold Country Hearing. Dr Barringen is very personable and knowledgable - she provides a high level of service and I am very happy with the personnel and facility in Lodi.
I didn’t care for the extremely u professional lady who answers the phones. I had a Lo big questions. She did not seem like she wanted to help.
I highly recommend Dr Frazee for your hearing aid needs. She is very knowledgeable about hearing aids and the computer programs to set up the aids with. Dr Frazee cares about her clients and strives for customer satisfaction.
