We recently had a very good experience with them. We had mold in the walls of one of our bathrooms that had resulted in structural damage. ServPro of Lodi’s Jeanette works hard to make our needs met as do the two ladies that cleaned my refrigerator. The Caldor Fire made it necessary to evacuate my home on August 17, 2021. My electricity was restored the afternoon of September 3, 2021 and Jeanette scheduled the ServPro team to be at my home to clean the fridge and remove the smoky odor just a few days later.. Servpro of Lodi were absolutely the most professional group of people I have worked with in years. The first 3 gentlemen arrived and went to work immediately. Before they left, I asked for their names to leave them a review. Elijah, Chris, and Felix were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They checked for water damage and went right to work. Today, Felix returned with Sonja, and they went right to work removing fans and checking for moisture. Sonja explained every detail I asked. If you ever have water damage, call Servpro of Lodi. I work in an office that recently had a covid outbreak. I called Tina at Servpro of Lodi. I asked her if they had a virus contamination service. Yes! They have fogging and touchpoint cleaning services available. I expected to wait a few days to receive service. Instead, Tina was so professional and had her team to our office within a few hours of our phone call. It was terrific, because employees that hadnt been exposed to Covid-19, could go back to work, and we did not lose as much time as expected. They charged a fair price, and saved us money by allowing us to reopen the shop quickly after decontamination.

Servpro - and especially Connie and her team - greatly exceeded my expectations! Where others dawdled and took time, Connie & Co delivered results before I even got other calls back! Not only that but at a fraction of the price of other bids. Highly recommend. Call them before the word gets out!

We had a slow long leak from our fridge and our insurance company contracted with ServPro Lodi and it was a very helpful, informative and pleasant (considering the circumstances) interaction. They were very quick and clear in communication throughout the whole process and completed their tasks quickly and efficiently, which was great for a family of seven still needing to do our deal day in and out. From the office, Connie was willing to go above and beyond and always kept us in the loop. The on the group team of Sonja, Elijah, Tom and Nestor were all friendly, willing to explain and give information about the process. I hope that I never need to hire a company like this again, but if I did, they would be my first call.

Servpro did a great job with our cleanup project. Carmen, Petra and Felix took their job seriously and were also very pleasant and professional. Was lucky to have their help.

Special thanks goes out to the entire Servpro crew. We had smoke damage to our home from a fire log that was lit without the trap open which cases smoke to fill our home. From start to finish we were treated very well and with respect and patience much thanks to Connie Hernandez is in the office Petra who cleaned our home Tom and Nestor the woman who did our estimate and also the guy who came to clean our couch with Tom. Servpro did a sewage cleanup in the crawlspace at our home. Sonja and her crew were professional, efficient and did an excellent job. They sanitized the area so that the plumbers can do repair. According to the plumber, Servpro did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We had an unfortunate experience of a pipe leak that lead to a flood in our living room. Sonia and Paul responded within 2 hours and immediately started working. They stayed late the first evening removing all of the laminate flooring. The blowers continued a week and we had to leave our home to sleep. ServePro was out to clean my carpets a few weeks ago, and I really appreciated their promptness and courtesy. Tommy and Paul were friendly and got right to work. They were quick and efficient and I am very satisfied with their work. Bottom line is our filthy carpets are clean now and look so much better, and they were able to get a few stains out that I had scrubbed and scrubbed. We had forgotten how nice our carpets look when clean, they had looked so dingy for months prior to cleaning. I’ll definitely my have ServePro back out whenever my carpets need cleaning. I am so very grateful for the team at Servpro of Lodi for coming out to my unit when the back half of our shop flooded! Connie, Sonja and Paul were fantastic at communication and very professional. My landlord drug his feet about getting cleanup in here (Dont do that... call in the professionals right away!) so I had water sitting in my building for a full SIX days before cleanup began... It smelled VERY bad in here and I worried the damp mildew smell was here to stay. Sonja and Paul had that smell GONE by the second morning!!! It was a great relief to me to just let them get to work, knowing the the clean-up and demo was in good hands so I could focus on my shop. This company usually deals with insurance claims. Having said that they are pricey. They sent me three invoices all adding up to the same total, but all the detailed pricing different just to add up to their total. All they could say is that they only had the updated one and they are going off of that one. FYI I did send them the other two. Never ever use this money hungry company.

Sonja and Christian were very thorough in their work. They answered all of our questions and were fast and friendly.

I had a water leak on my hardwood floors,Floor people said to call Servpro. They came out immediately with a dehumidifier and tools to measure water saturation. The technician made appointments daily. He’d call before coming and always on time. He then put a blanket on floor to keep mold from growing and took pictures of progress for documentation. Once he got approval he took floor out and went under house to look for damage. The technician kept my house very clean. Covering all furniture and floors he would be in contact with. Servpro received a 5 from me because they did a great job.

Have used Servpro on two different homes to repair water damage. They are fast and efficient and get the job done well. Connie is the absolute best service person in the world. She worked directly with my insurance company to make sure they covered costs. She stayed in regular communication with me and took a great deal of stress out of stressful situations. Thanks to all!

We had a kitchen fire last month - small by most standards, but there was burned oil, melted plastic, scorched cabinets, fire extinguisher dust mixed with water (what a hardened paste mess!), and the smell was overwhelming. Servpro answered the phone with a real person at 10:00pm, had machines in place the next day to start dealing with the smell, and by the next day had a full crew here to clean from top to bottom. They cleaned from top to bottom, including ducts, and arranged for my piano to have the smoke smell removed as well. They were professional, always responded quickly to my questions and concerned, and I had my house back within a week. Thank you!

While every personal emergency comes with its own set of chaotic circumstances, I want to commend the ServePro of Lodi team for making a difficult situation less stressful for our family. A small but destructive house fire (smoke damage) on Thanksgiving was a huge headache, but the team at ServPro was very professional, knew how best to mitigate, and moved quickly to get the work done. The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office adminstrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks. Thank you, Servpro of Lodi, for doing a fantastic job of restoring our home and our peace of mind.

We had ServPro come out and clean the HVAC system at our new house (previously owned by a heavy indoor smoker) and it smelled so clean afterwards! 5 Stars is not enough! Tennant left the place disgustingly dirty. Dont beleive they ever vacuumed once in 3 years! Servpro of Lodi crew showed up on time (early actually) and worked their butts off to make the carpets look new. Got stains out that I thoguht for sure no way they are going to come out. All for a low cost as well. Saved me thousands in having to replace the carpet. Wow!! Just cant say enough really!
