Told me to come in by 12 PM for in person Application. Got there at 10:45 and they claimed the Application process was over. They do not hold true to their word. My brother advised me not to bother with them, I should have listened. A complete waste of time, money, and effort. Only go here if you have no other temp agency to be hired. They have a bad review for real reasons. Highly recommend trying everywhere else before wasting your time with them. Absolutely horrible temp agency. 0 stars.

I was on a search for a forklift job... They didnt have any available at the time and a week later I recieved a call offering a forklift position! When I got my first paycheck, it took a while to process because the client was new and so was the payment agreement. I truely witnessed them find me a new company/client to obtain a forklift position. They are underrated and the ladies at the office are awesome. Thank you to the team. -Demetrius

Poor service! They are so rude! If you ask questions regarding the application they get irritated but they are talking about their personal life obnoxiously loud. If I could give them a zero I would. Our company has been working with LaborMax for almost 1 year however for the last 6 months we have not used their services because either they are lying and really not sending anyone to us or their people really suck because we have had several and I mean several people not show up. We decided to try them once again and guess what no one showed up again and we couldnt even call because the Manager Christinas mailbox was full. Who does that...so if youre looking for work skip Labormax in Lodi Ca. I dont know how this branch is still in business.

Unorganized, zero respect for their workers/employees, rude, absolutely unprofessional, will 100% lie to you to get you to sign on, and will have no explanation of why they have no record of a full week of work you perform and then will never pay you - I dont undetstand how they are still in business and why they havent been sued yet or had a class action lawsuit brought against them. This place is an absolute joke ran by thieves and liars

Great company. If you need work and are willing to work hard they will put you to work. I got sent to a job the day I went in to apply and have been provided work every day that I have needed it since then. After a few weeks of temp work I was placed in a permanent position at what seems to be a great company. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, Thank you Mike, and Labormax

They dont put you on jobs as quick as you think when you first apply. Its a favoritism thing with them. Underpay you and lack of details when they send you to job sites.They tell you one thing and when you get to the job site, its another job description. Talking about its a guaranteed full time job, then when you get to the job, its a whole other story to where their client only needed you for that day. Im pretty sure theyre paying their favorite employees more than $11/hr at a long term job site. Or youll be only working for a couple hours for a range $8-$9/hr. Which is not worth it. They would send more people than what the client need. It was good for a while until they started to try to play me with their pay rates and hours.

I believe her name is Vanessa .Shes was the best. Great customer service she made me feel like family .I totally recommend this place for jobs .Ask for Vanessa if you want work .Very professional well dressed .

I was just looking at reviews first and I think whoever Vanessa is, needs to get fired 🙊😂 should treat all your customers the same and with respect, not just pick and choose whoever you specifically wanna be nice to. Customers are people too. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The Hispanic lady working here is so rude i couldnt believe it. she was disinterested and whenever i asked a question she answerd in less than a second and wouldnt even look at me. i couldnt even understand most of what she said just because she was talking to her desk not me. i doubt they are going to get me any work. try somewhere else.

They dont have enough work in Stockton or Lodi its all in the Bay Area and sometimes they forget to call you back to let you know about carpool and that also take forever issuing paychecks

They ended up not paying me for about 6 hours that I worked. They said they were gonna talk to the company and didnt do anything.
