They came out with a new flower rule and didnt let anyone know just put signs and they have already taken my things I have put for my love one 3 times and only claim they took them once. Because the other times they threw the stuff away for ease. Even one of their employees said they did take the stuff twice already and the others deny, only once. Even the person next to my family member has the same decorations and same height and hasnt had their things taken away so it seems like they are targeting me for no reason. Very bad experience here. Think TWICE before Buying from here. Definitely would not of bought here if I knew this before hand.

No tag to indicate where my loved one is buried, pay them thousands upon thousand of dollars, the least they can do is put a marker. Their editor also messed up on the wording for the online option to send condolences or memories. Not a pleasant experience.

Im very disappointed with the staff at Cherokee Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Lodi CA. I delivered a casket piece for a service and they completely neglected to take it from their flower room and place it on the casket for the service. What a waste of time and money, not to mention further grief that was caused while the family was already processing their loss. Ive called for two days asking why this happened and have only been promised calls back, which havent happened. Very thoughtless and careless Cherokee staff. I understand that our mutual client gave me the wrong location, however it was delivered Wednesday for a Thursday service and 24 hours is plenty of time that this could have been resolved. The service details and my business information were on the piece. Your staff could have A. Called me and explained that the service was at your second location less than a mile down the road and we would have immediately come and taken the piece to the correct chapel. Or B. Your staff goes back and fourth to both locations regularly throughout the day. Any one of them, after deciding a phone call was too difficult a task, could easily have taken the piece with them to the other chapel. In the end, our mutual client should have been your first concern, and allowing their flowers to sit in your flower room, aware that they had been delivered and ignoring the fact that the sender wouldnt have their flowers or any representation at their loved ones service was poor decision making on your part at best. It was extremely inconsiderate and a sad display of bad moral and business ethics. We work in an industry where we have such an emotional responsibility and your staff completely ignored that. Beyond unprofessional!!

Called to get a price and staff very rude. Ask to speak to a manager they explained to me Tory, was not going to waist her time. Well sorry Tory my money is what pays your salary. You wont mind the 1 star review.

My family is all buried there its a beautiful resting place

When my 4 month old son suddenly died of sids, we came to Cherokee Memorial. Funeral director, Bradley Webb, was more than helpful. He made this awfulness bearable. He was flexible with scheduling and helped us make decisions, he even spoke in place of a pastor for the service when I couldnt get one. The rest of the staff are very kind & helpful as well. If youve suffered a loss, come here. Their cemetery is peaceful and well kept. My son was cremated but we had his service there. In the Evergreen Chapel, it was lovely. Thank you to the staff of Cherokee Memorial for all of your help, especially Bradley. Losing a family member is never easy. The help & flexibility Cherokee Memorial offered made it bearable. I recommend them to anyone thats lost a loved one...

I will visit Cherokee soon. One lady commented how nice it is no disrespectful folks and no loud music... may I ask where did she come from. Rollin Hills in Richmond is great Chapel of the chime in Oakland and Hayward is nice. I wish I could lay there in peace but I just cant afford it.

My aunt is buried here and this is a very peaceful park. No loud music no loud disruptive guests. Always nice.

My brother is buried there and it is one of the most peaceful cemeteries if ever been to. The grounds are kept up and the staff are very professional.

Not terribly easy to locate but definitely a gorgeous location and the staff it simply amazing.

Horrible experience lied to us bout how long my dads plot marker would take,8 to 10 weeks from when we paid almost 4 months later still nothing no sorry but they had no problem taking our money up front, Meanwhile other people who have passed after my father have theres.would not recommend this place unless you are rich this is how they judge you here so sad.
