The price for their storage rental is very competitive: however, there was a $6 difference between what we were quoted by a site employee over what the website charged us. That experience was disappointing.We have had trouble making contact at the facility when we called because they are short staffed so there is no one to answer the phone. This is not very reassuring.We signed the contract at 2300 hours on 9/9/21 and it counted 9/9 as the first day even though there was only 1 hour of 9/9 time left. The facility was not even open at that time so I believe my first day should have started on 9/10/21.I have rented at this facility before when it was under a different owner and it was better under that management.

They can not get their billing system figured out. They charged her a late fee after they entered a wrong check # on their deposit. After fighting them they did reverse the fee and acted like it was a favor to her - it was their error!!! And they keep claiming my mom is behind a month in payment. She pays ahead! She thought she had it all straightened out last month, had a receipt showing $0 balance and I was denied access again tonight for her being behind again!!! Now they want her bank records again to show that she is paid up. Ridiculous. I decided to look up their online reviews and it looks like she is not the only one having billing problems. She truly feels like they have stolen a full one month payment ($245) and possibly an employee is not being honest. She has the bank records to prove how many payments she has made, but she is out of town right now. Looking forward to getting this all straightened up so I can get my stuff OUT!

Horrible customer service. Act like Bill collectors even when you are in your 10 day grace period.

They have an underhanded payment system where you get penalized for paying early. If you pay before the first of the month they dont give you full credit for the entire following month. The computer counts from the day you paid, resulting in being shorted days. Additionally, I had been renting the largest unit and they raised my rent just three months after moving in! Bad business practices all around.Additionally, they are now renting that same unit for less than my original starting price. All of the time and effort to move truck loads in and then out again cannot be recovered.I heard that they have new owners, so previous customer reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.

This is the cleanest storage facility I have used. Great location - office personnel are helpful and friendly, as well as professional.
