I am not the type of person that sticks to a particular workout. I get bored easily and immediately look for something else to do. That all changed when it comes to high energy fusion yoga. The classes are fun and they are a true work out.I learned a lot about my body and Victoria (yoga instructor) could not be any more encouraging. I would give this business 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend.

I have been student of high energy fusion now for two years now, and I love it just as much every class. This studio has something for everybody. No matter if you’re a beginner or you’ve been doing yoga for years. The staff designs are classes in such a way that there’s always room to extend your practice. The biggest plus for me about high energy fusion yoga (HEFY) is the environment. You can walk into a class brand new and everyone there makes you feel like you’ve been going to the studio since the beginning. Ever since my first class, these amazing teachers and students have been welcoming, hilarious and helpful. All HEFY teachers are very knowledgeable in creating an atmosphere and class plan for their students receive an effective yoga experience. To add on, the Live streaming classes are WONDERFUL for times I’m traveling or stort on time to make it to class.Trust me when I say, there is no other studio like High Energy Fushion Yoga.

My home away from home. I love it here. If you are looking for a welcoming friendly loving environment and would love to learn yoga. Came here a year ago November 4th and I continue to practice my yoga here. Only $8 bucks per class no contract, I’ve yet haven’t seen a better deal and I’ve been around.

Victoria Arvizu and all the instructors at High Energy Fusion Yoga create a welcoming, supportive, and challenging environment to practice. While I tried many yoga studios before HEFY, once HEFY was founded I found my home. HEFY offers accessible classes for yogis whether it’s their first day or they have been practicing for a lifetime, and the instructors explain tailoring moves to you level so you continue to be challenged, grow in your practice, and will never become bored by predictable class sequences. Just as important as the quality of teaching and fun environment is the community that Victoria has built; the yogi tribe at HEFY has become like family for me over the years. For all these reasons, I chose to also complete my Yoga Teaching Certification at HEFY to deepen my practice. The YTT program was as supportive, thorough, challenging, and rewarding as the weekly classes and workshops HEFY offers, and I came away with not only my RYT 200 but also an even closer bond with my instructors and fellow YTTs. Although I moved farther away from the studio, I still continue to travel 45 minutes to practice here because there’s no place like HEFY!

It has been a wonderful experience doing yoga in the park specially witnessing the change of seasons. My wife and I love Victoria and all her staff and we can’t wait to get into the studio for the fall. We have to say it has been one of the best things we’ve done in our life. The ONLY place I go too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My girl Victoria is the best! It was my first time there and she made me feel so comfortable and told me to go at my own pace. One and only place I would go!

My all time favorite yoga place. I wish I found out about it sooner! Be prepared to attend a class youve never had before and transform your practice. Too many other classes never teach advanced postures. Only give you an opportunity to do it if its in your practice. But at HEFY, each and every person is given a fair chance to transform their practice and take it to the next level. Dont be scared! Any level can attend but youre given the chance to understand proper technique and principles to be able to to improve your practice in the studio and at home. Classes are diverse, welcoming, and very inclusive. Everyone is very encouraging no matter your level; no stuck up vibes you get from some other studios. Classes are super fun playful and youll always find good hits playing in the room. The owner, Victoria welcomes every person and pushes you to the next level as well. She really puts her heart into every class, workshop, and teacher training she has developed (all the teachers do). Shes experienced and educated in body mechanics which is really important. Classes really focus on warming up the body to prevent injury and creates a sustainable practice for years to come. Anyone can do yoga! Only $8 too! As a senior citizen and a beginner I thoroughly enjoy my experiences at HEFY. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming and very patient.Victoria has created a special environment and a wonderful program.

Lovedddd coming in for a class. It’s so affordable, yoga studies are usually at least double the price for a class. The vibe was very friendly and relaxed. Victoria is an amazing instructor

Good teachers I definitely improved my practice because of them and no pressure or hassle selling memberships like every other place, just pay as you go. Only downside is the parking lot its too small for all the people that go to yoga and the muy thai and cross fit place that are in that building too.
