This is the second premier vinyl floor I have had them put in my home. The craftsmanship is a home run and install was superior work. I loved it so much that I am doing the rest of my home even though the current floors are perfectly fine. I can recommend them with total confidence and am sure you will be as happy as I have been.

I just got my new carpet done today. I cant ask for anything better. They exceeded my expectations. They organized my closets. I was impressed. The carpet is beautiful. they did a beautiful job. The experience of choosing the product and defining the scope could not have been easier. Jen and Wally were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. There are so many options to pick from but with their guidance and expertise we didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. Time from ordering to install was perfect. I was very concerned about our home being upside down while this was happening but the crew was professional, efficient and did everything in three days time. Attention to detail was amazing! They were clean and careful with moving all of our furniture. We could not be any happier with our experience and will definitely be returning customers!

These people do excellent work! Wally, Jason and Jen were so helpful when we installed our vinyl flooring in our entire first floor. They helped with the perfect product and color that met our needs. The dark wood grain looks beautiful and the white trim really makes it pop, just like Wally said it would. We are planning on flooring changes in other parts of the house in the near future and will use Flooring First again, even though we are all the way in Batavia!
