Ryan was the best! He helped me pick out a new phone and case and liquid screen saver and theyre all perfect! Then when it came in he set up my phone and transferred everything over for me. It didnt take long for my phone to be all ready. He was so pleasant and conversational and made my experience great! I was worried at first but he was so nice I didnt mind. If youre in Lockport I recommend going to see Ryan.

Every time Ive been here I have been given knowledgeable service. The team spirit among the staff had answers to questions quickly and resolution to my issue in a brief time. They have a lot of selections of phones and accessories and they found a really good deal for me with discounts and just the right phone. Plus its Verizon, so I get a signal almost everywhere!

Our experience with Brandon last evening was phenomenal. We walked in with 45 mins left to close, thinking we were just upgrading our phones and we would easily be done by closing. I was wrong. Brandon stayed 2 hours past their closing time to get us set up with our new phones (and all the other goodies we ended up with.) Not a complaint in him. He was happy to help us, very personable and easy to talk to. We felt welcomed, not rushed, and valued. This will be the only place we go from now on, and I will always recommend this Verizon location because of his great customer service.

The only problem I had is I traded in my old phone for $400 and bought a $1200 dollar phone i had to pay tax on the hole price of the new phone because they give me money towards my trade every month which I thought was terrible to have to pay full price ... besides that it great I got the best phone and it works awesome...ty

After spending over 2 hours on the phone with Verizons tech support (and getting no where), I walked into this store very agitated. I was greeted by Gabby, who was nothing but wonderful. She listened to my concerns and seemed genuinely understanding. She even offered to call tech support with me. The situation was resolved in 28 minutes. I wish I would have just gone to this store in the first place - excellent customer service!

The clerk treated my fiance like she was nothing! We will never do business there again!She inquired why her phone was getting hot, he was very sarcastic and rude and I believe it was because he didnt know the answer to a simple question!He should be fired for his treatment of a long time customer, hes lucky I wasnt there! Oi would have recorded the remarks and sent it to management!We will no longer be doing business with that store!

Verizon absolutely blows as a service provider. And dont bother with customer support, youre literally better off finding another company. Definitely thinking about going back to t mobile, they werent great but atleast its half the cost and customer service and support were horrendous

Due to covid there was a tablet to enter my information and I had to wait in the car until they sent me a text. God forbid I lost my phone or it was shut off i wouldnt know it was my turn. Which really doesnt matter since I watched 2 people sign in after me and get called first. I went in looking for prepaid phones and when they didnt have any I liked i asked about getting on a plan and named the phone I wanted. The clerk got a attitude with me and loudly exclaimed we dont have that for prepaid im getting aggravated now but I already asked about that phone and a plan.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday hoping to score a Black Friday deal and we were really happy with the service. Adam worked with us and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Sometimes it’s easy to feel pressured into buying something with some salespeople but Adam was really great and didn’t make us feel like we needed to buy anything but what we came in for. He really helped make the experience so much more enjoyable. We both got in the car afterward and said how easy and painless it was and how great the service was!

Terrible experience. You are just better off going to a corporate location who are trained better. These resellers i am not to sure about. The guy was clueless. Told me to just call the 1 800 number. So wasted trip. So now i am off to the corporate store. Went to the corporate store. Excellent service there plus a 15 dollar credit for the bad service in lockport. So beware

Great from start to finish. They reviewed my account and found a few ways to save me a few bucks and give the same or better service on my insurance. Asked me some questions & showed me a few phone options to be sure I had the right one for me. Then got it changed over and all set up. All of this in about an hour.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon mainly due to poor service. The experience at Verizon was exceptional by Johnny Goldsmith. He went above and beyond service requied by staying past his shift. The next day I came in to clear up a few questions and Adrianna was equally exceptional. A wonder staff.

I had picked up my new phone from a different Verizon store, the day before - but, it was not fully setup. I tried completing the setup on my own, but I was not successful. The Lockport store was recommended to me by a fellow Verizon customer, so I decided to give it a try. And, Im sure glad that I did! I was already feeling disappointed that I had lost my contacts and calendar from my old phone. But, Adrianna saved the day --she went above and beyond to take care of me. She finished setting up my new phone...complete with contacts and calendars! Adrianna was kind, patient and professional - shes absolutely terrific! Thank you!

It wasnt to bad they at least was able to get contacts from clouds to my phone. But still didnt solve the problem that clouds cant be updated on my phone...

The manager, Brandon, was very helpful with getting my mom set up with an iPad. He went above and beyond what is expected from a manager. My parents have been going there for years and will continue going there!! Kudos to Brandon for outstanding service.
